A very beautiful hotel. Staying here with my American husband and we really like the design of the hotel and we got a room facing the eco-park so everything was so refreshing. I think it is in a good location as well, near everywhere, not too far from KL Tower, KLCC or Bukit Bintang Pavilion. The neighborhood is also calm. The room is not very wide but it’s enough and it’s very clean as well. The best thing from this hotel was the service, the old male receptionist, I think he looks like an Indian, was super helpful and honest, returning our SGD when we mistook it as RM and he also helped us to print our necessary documents when we’re in need. Thank you very much for the hospitality. I really recommend this hotel if you stay in KL! Truly a fresh gem in the heart of a metropolitan city.

It's a nice and big room for a family vacation since the beds are 2 queen beds. Furthermore, the location is really strategic, near Pavilion, Alor, and the tourist places in the Bukit Bintang area. The facilities are also really great with the good pools and also a gym.

For a "no-fuss" traveler, this hotel is a combo package with a reasonable price. Check-in was smooth, and please take note that the hotel requires RM100 for a deposit, so keep some cash ready. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel also sent a WhatsApp message to customers after checking in for further assistance (this is good). I requested a quieter side of the hotel because I am a light sleeper, and the hotel was able to provide it. Overall, very satisfied with the room and service.
