DoubleTree by Hilton Shah Alam i-City

Stay was wonderful: Spacious & clean room, good facilities and close to the mall.

Check in was very smooth. We arrived earlier around 1.30pm and they let us check in early. So thoughtful as we were quite tired since we travelled from Terengganu. As usual Doubletree always gave their yummy welcome cookies. Warm & delicious. Room cleanliness was top notch. We got a room facing down the pool. Two super single beds were large enough, with very comfy pillows. They even provided 1 extra pillow & 1 extra blanket. Breakfast spread were delicious & lots of variety. One our 2nd day, it was quite crowded as we went down to Makan Kitchen on peak hour thus we had to wait for quite a while for the tables to be available. One of the staff tried to put us at the extended tables located quite far from the restaurant itself, however my husband didn’t agree due to the location. Swimming pool was clean. Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. We will stay in Doubletree again. Very recommended and worth the price.

The hotel staff is very helpful in ensuring a comfortable stay, both with room needs and helping to book a taxi to the airport.

Everything was perfect except for the fire alarm triggered during midnight. If it was a false alarm or caused by negligence, I reasonably view it as a service disruption. It could be due to hotel negligence (faulty system or lack of maintenance). I would like to request compensation for the inconvenience

- parking is far away - toilet bowl has no faucet, it is quite difficult to wash the poo of a disabled child. not disabled friendly. - booked 2 rooms a month early but got rooms not next to each other but on the other floor. very sad

Great location and nice room.

Overall I can say its nice hotel and good services … …. However: The suite room was very uncomfortable, the bedroom was also smaller, the living room was a bit dark and not clean, and in the end I chose to downgrade to a regular room (which in my opinion felt much more spacious and bright).

Comfortable for taking a break to the nearby mall.

Hotel baru, cantik. Check in check out pantas. Front desk yang cekap. Thank you Puteri. Polite dan comel orangnya. Dapat Cookies yang sedap sebagai complimentary. Pasti akan stay di Doubletree lagi kalau ke Shah Alam.

Bad experience happen to us. I'm Marriot Bonvoy member. Hilton is my first choice to stay for Christmas holiday every year. Because of the cookies:-). But, this time I'm not happy. The web show wrong picture for Double Deluxe King room. There is no bathtub as per in the room picture. Problem for me while check in moment. Double Tree manager Mr. Ganesh then able to give other room with bathtub. He said nocharge at all. No honesty actually, because I have been charge RM120 per night for 2nights while check out. So, I decided not to stay at this hotel anymore. I banned DoubleTree by Hilton Shah Alam I-city.
