Everything was okay from the staff service at check in, the room was okay, clean, and spacious.

The room was in poor condition for the price. It was non-smoking, but the smell of cigarettes still lingered.

Hotel in a strategic location attached to a mall. The room was comfortable and clean.

Area to improvement: Variety of meals for breakfast. Room quite far from Guest Lift 😬

Worst experience and not worth. I paid Rm800+ for excutive room 2 days. The good thing is the hotel is strategically located, easy excess to shopping mall. The room is big and clean BUT its old, looks gloomy and had unpleasant smell like old furniture smell. This is okay and manageable. But the worst was the bathtub was clogged and leaked, made the whole bathroom floor wet. They changed my room but same issue again! Although bathtub was not clogged but I guess leaking, the bathroom floor still got wet although not as bad as 1st room. I had difficulty sleeping and body aching since the bed was too hard with little sound 'krik krik' (room 2313-old wing). Oh my God, I cannot accept this kind of condition for the amount I paid. Food? Hmm was so so only, not much varieties and quality is bad especially for deserts/bread. Overall regretted, will never stay again and I would rather go for other hotels, offering better price and comfort as well varieties of food. Based on my experience, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, thank you
