Convenient location. Variety selection for breakfast. Fast check in and out. 1 downside is there is small cockroaches in bathroom.

Everything good, but they should improve in their team work, I booked 3 night separately (as for certain reasons), upon check in I request to check in 3 night together and the reception agreed. But the 2nd day when I was in hospital, one of the staff came my room and ask my son about my voucher and ask to upgrade the room card again. So once reach hotel I straight away went to reception ask about this matter and ask for upgrade my card. The reception apologized to me for the inconvenience and upgrade the card, promise that I don't have to upgrade card again. So the card will last till I check out. Yet today the staff knock my door and said that I need to upgrade my room card again. Perhaps they should improve good team work and good coordination with one another management so when the receptions done the upgrade card, the other staff management also know about this and repeating go to the room to ask for card upgrade. Overall this hotel is really good to stay, good locations, good staff, clean and comfort even the cleaning services also very fast when request for room cleaning.

Toilet bowl was very stained. No bidet. Water kettle was dirty too. Carpet in the whole room was dusty.

The lift lobby at the hotel can be improvise so that people won't have to wait for so long to go up to their hotels!

Upon check in, found the dustbin not clear, the bedsheet not change. Inform the hotel via WhatsApp, then house keeping come within 30mins and change all the bedsheet quit cover pillow case. And clear the dustbin. Their toilet will flood, also inform the housekeeping to wash the drain. But it flood again on my 3rd day. Overall still good. I prefer to stay in tower 2, as their toilet have a detectable shower head plus the overhead shower head. Tower 1 don't have. But tower 1 have detectable bidet. The hotel should have prepare some umbrella for guest to use. When I try to lend one as it been raining, they say NO. Then I romantic walk in rain to cross over to the Malay food shop opp the hotel to buy breakfast.
