It was an amazing stay. The kids wanted an extension because of the comfort and convenience. The lounge officers are really friendly and helpful, especially Danial. He especially went out of his way to get us our laundry, which was not yet packed when we were checking out.

Reasonable priced five stars luxury. I come to malaysia for Medical procedures. Staying for two weeks. The space is ample. Both the bedroom and the restroom. The room is spotless. The daily housekeeping staff are quick and efficient. Daily refill bottles drinking water. My room is on the high floor, quiet and I can see outside from the window. There are total 6 elevators goes up and down. I never have to wait more than a few minutes. Connecting to the Utama 1 mega mall by bridge, and to the MRT station as well. If you don’t mind commuting, want to stay out of the heavy traffic jam in KLCC. This hotel is a solid choice. My only complaint is the bed is on the hard side. The front staff can be better trained. During the checked out, they asked me to pay tourism tax, which is paid by Expedia. I have to present my reservation that stated the tourist tax is been paid. Also, the local government has implemented a small resort charge per room per night, starting in January of 2026. I wasn’t aware of that till check out. The hotel staff should have informed me before hand. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel.

Fanatic. Big room. A lot of space. Freely to move around. Attentive staff. Next to shopping mall and MRT. Earlily travel to K.L. If you don’t want to spend a fortune to stay in a decent five stars hotel. You can accept commute. This hotel offers greater value.

Great location adjacent to Bandar Utama transport station and ginormous 1 Utama Shopping Centre. Unlimited dining options! A quick undercover walk to both but passes a poorly operating sewer of some sort. Good house keeping and bell hop but reception service was patchy. Bathroom plumbing requires maintenance. Both sink and shower areas not draining efficiently. Notwithstanding, good value for money and would return.

Room is big and clean. We had a problem with the shower. Water does not drain properly in the shower and accumulates. The water overflows into the toilet area. We asked for the issue to be fixed and were told that the issue has been fixed. However, the issue was not fixed. We were offered to change room very late at night and we do not want to change room in the middle of the night. Overall it is not a pleasant experience… imagine having water up to you ankle while showering. Yuck.

Grand lobby, impressive decor. Front desk assistant spoke English in soft tone and at times, unclear to me. Stayed at triple deluxe room on the 16th floor. The bathroom was flooded with water at least 2 inches in height. The water took at least half an hour to clear the bathroom. For a few stars hotel, this shouldn’t have happened!
