All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I happened to be taking my relative who had a stroke to Thomson Hospital for treatment. They provided a wheelchair and helped push me to my hotel room. They then delivered me to the hospital free of charge the next day. Thank you to the entire staff and team at M Word Hotel. The service is commensurate with the price.

Despite being on a high level at the 32nd floor, the lift is very fast. The counter staff is very approachable too.

Everything was excellent — the atmosphere, location, and staff were all outstanding. The only minor point is that the food might not suit Thai tastes, as it leans more towards Arabic and Indian cuisine, but overall it was still acceptable.

Hotel room is very spacious and clean; it has all the necessities you need. We had an extra bed in our room and there is still a lot of space left. Very satisfied with our stay, a big plus for us is unlimited water bottles which meant we didn’t have to bring back water bottles to the room and that was awesome! Walking distance and it’s covered bridge to 1 Utama mall which is soo huge and literally has everything you need. Will be back again for sure.

Room ambiance is modern dan clean. Better for family vacation. Near mal but need to walk about 5 minutes from the hotel. Check-in process very fast. Need improvement at breakfast menu.

it was a great stay at this hotel. can walk to one utama mall through linked bridge which is very convenient. the kids club is big and can accommodate alot kids inside. a little bit to improve about the kids club is the slide is quite difficult for kids to move downward amd they need manually move their buttocks. the food in the restaurant is nice and many varieties. the staff is very friendly as i ask for extra blankets and towels. overall, it is very pleasant experience staying here and will definitely come again next time

I've stayed here before and it's usually great. But this time, the staff couldn't find my booking during check-in, even though I booked a few days ago. After some back and forth, the system finally picked it up around 2:30 PM. The delay made the experience uncomfortable.

The location is good, very close to One Utama for you to shop, get food, or just kill time with coffee. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. The room I had was spacious, with all the amenities included. They even provided complimentary fruits, which is a nice touch. I love the fact that they have the kids' playroom. The highlight of my stay is the breakfast buffet and it was a delight! There were a variety of bread and pastries, spreads, local and western dishes, you name it. All in all, recommended!

Very happy with our stay at Avante over the weekend. Check-in and check-out process was smooth and quick. The room was clean, bathroom clean. Everything is in good working condition. The view at the l15 infinity Pool was fantastic. Will bring our swim suits when we stay over again.

I have stayed here many times- Rooms spacious and clean. Overall OK but this trip unfortunately the faulty mirror light in bathtoom kept turning on and off by itself (the maintenance team turned off the main switch) and occasional switches clicking sound in the midfle of night did not help but creeps me out.
