This is my second time stay in this hotel. Why I love this hotel? because this hotel is clean and the location is suitable my needs. In front of this hotel, we can find restaurant open 'til night and the food is delicious. Beside this hotel there is massage original from Thailand. You just walk to the main street (around 100 m), so many food (restaurant) we can find there.

Upon check-in, hotel Front Desk will collect from guests MYR 2.00 Local Government Fee per room per night(imposed by Penang Government starting from 1st June 2014). This fee is not included in room rates. ii. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card / cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. iii. All special request such as additional car park, early, check-in, late check-out etc, are strongly subject to availability. You are advised to liaise with owner directly at least 24 hours before arrival for special arrangement. iv. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability. vi. Loud noise, party, illegal activities (gambling, drug abuse) are strictly prohibited in this unit. Owner and building management will not take any responsibility for the action taken by authorities.

The room isn't too wide. The location of the mattress is placed diagonally to save space so it's strange, it actually makes me dizzy because it's tilted from the TV, going up and down the bed is also awkward. But the location is really ok, inside the hotel there is a delicious Japanese restaurant, around the hotel there are many hawker centers and delicious restaurants. Exiting the alley there is a butcher's fruit shop & across the street there is a delicious cheap durian seller that opens late into the night.
