I have stayed at this hotel twice, at the beginning of November and the end of November 2025... the location is not far from the twin towers... the apartment is busy, not far from the market either, you can also walk to the Alor or Bukit Bintang areas... highly recommended

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had an amazing stay at Scarletz Hotel by MyKey Global! From the moment we arrived, the security staff were very welcoming and helpful. The check-in process was fast, and there are plenty of lifts so no long waiting time. The room was spacious and fully equipped — it had a kitchen set, two air conditioners, a fan, dining area, fridge, living room, and a stunning view! Totally worth the price. The location is also great — very close to Bukit Bintang and Pavilion, just a short Grab ride away. The bathroom was clean and nice, though it would be even better if there was a door to prevent water splashes. Overall, a really pleasant stay and definitely recommended!

I arrived at Scarletz Suites KLCC by Mykey around 10 AM and asked the front desk to begin the check-in process. I was told I had to wait until 3 PM to register, which I understood and accepted. However, before 3 PM, I noticed other guests were already being allowed to check in. When I asked the front desk about this, the staff responded rudely, saying I "have to follow the rules." When I asked for clarification because I had just seen others check in early, the staff simply repeated, “follow the rules,” without any further explanation or professionalism. Their attitude felt dismissive and unhelpful, which made me quite unhappy and frustrated. Additionally, I was shocked to see the front desk staff eating at their counter during working hours, which showed a lack of professionalism. Overall, it was clear the staff lacked proper hotel management knowledge and training, which negatively affected my stay. Given the hotel’s prime location, I expected a much better level of customer service. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests. Based on my stay, I cannot recommend Scarletz Suites KLCC by Mykey.

Its Very good, the location is very close to everywhere, there are many places to eat around. It's just a shame that check-in is too late at 3 o'clock, and early check-in is not possible.

The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and clean, with complete facilities. The swimming pool is really cool. The kids love it here, but it's a bit difficult to find food. A 10-15 minute walk to the twin towers/nearest LRT station, highly recommended. It's a shame we only stayed for 2 nights. If we go to KL again, we'll stay here again.

The bathroom is clean and comfortable. The room is spacious, has a nice interior, a microwave, an iron, and a hairdryer. You can directly see the KL Tower and Petronas from the window. Unfortunately, the room is cleaned every 3 days for long stays.

The resepsionist does not allow for early check in, for luggage locker is 5-10RM, but overall is good.

There are only 4 elevators, up to 48 floors. So it is very difficult at 11 o'clock (check-in time) and 15.00 (check-out time).
