This is my first time in Penang. I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the city. The location is good. This hotel is near Komtar and 1st Avenue shopping mall. On each side of the hotel, there are small restaurants and small food courts. I had booked a room with breakfast included. The breakfast has varieties, from local traditional breakfast to continental breakfast such as sushi, dim sum, congee, nasi lemak, cereals, pastries, breads, and an egg station as well. There are self-service beverages, varieties of teas—Earl Grey, English Breakfast, Chamomile, and Mint, for example. If you prefer espresso or cappuccino to start your day, there is a self-service coffee machine, freshly ground beans, and chiller compartments for milk. It is worth the price if you choose to have breakfast in the hotel. I would book this hotel again for my next trip to Penang.

Excellent hotel! The facility in the room is great, we got iron and the table, prayer mat, and a coffee machine in the room. The location is very close to many food stalls, grocery stores. It is a perfect location.

When you arrive before check-in time, you can ask the receptionist to help you check the room availability. One of them was very helpful and friendlier than the other one, called Neesha. She was so nice, she helped us check the room availability and allowed us to early check-in. Thank you for your hospitality. Overall, I love this hotel ❤️.

Overall it was good. Hotel’s location is strategic & staffs are helpful & friendly. Car parking is free. But one of our rooms (No 2808)’s aircond seems is not functioning well. Once we closed the connection door between the 2 rooms, then we felt that room 2808’s aircond was not working well. But since we stayed for 1 night only and it was late, so we didn’t make any complaints.
