totaly not bad kitchen so dirty and bad smell, expensive deposit, not easy to find a receptionist and a quite far from Monorail st. (Raja Chulan and Bukit Nanas same far)

The room was not clean, the sheets were dirty, not replaced during my 4 day stay, drinking water was only given 2 small bottles every 2 days, the toilet was slimy, very disappointing, the service was not good.

Apartments suitable for families, we took a unit with 2 bedrooms. there are 2 bathrooms, there is a kitchen for cooking and a washing machine and dryer. Very strategic location in the city center of Kuala Lumpur only 300m to the Petronas twin towers. to the manager of cleanliness must be improved many appear cockroach baby

We take the standard type of room. Early in the apartment was quite happy because the room is spacious, there is a living room and kitchen too. When entering the bathroom a little disappointed because there was still dirt on the floor. But for hot water, it starts normally. In the morning we stayed out all day until night, well when we entered the room suddenly in the living room there was a pool of water almost into the bedroom too. After we checked, it turned out that the water came from the dripping toilet faucet. And it looks like the room was cleaned up because mineral water was refilled and the position of the room was also clean, did the clerk not check the bathroom? After the flood, we asked the officer for a towel because a new towel was used to clean the flood. But the clerk was not delivered to our room. Luckily we brought our own towels from Indonesia. Unfortunately we did not have a photo when there was a puddle of water because we were trying to help the officer to finish cleaning quickly.

The Idaris suite room is strategically located for access to entertainment and tourist attractions nearby. For the first time you book a room here you can go up to the 6th floor to check in, the staff are very helpful, the pool pays 20rm / pax, the deposit room is 100rm , just the elevator sometimes has an error. Overall okay.

Fun and cool, I got a room on the 33a floor, the view is very beautiful. Spacious rooms complete with shared facilities with a sofa, refrigerator, electric stove and even a washing machine.

I would highly recommend The Idaris to everyone as their services quality is super excellent with a high-end competitors especially during my check in session. Staff friendliness is really out of 10. They have very neat and tidy unit as you can feel likes your own house. It's super comfortable. You can even wash your apparels since they provide washing machine with a dryer or cook yourself some food as stove and kitchen are available. This Residence also located on a strategic place where I can walk to KLCC for just 5min (depending on how fast you walk). And what most to add is. Their staff is really understand my situation as I reach KL early in the morning. So they give some courtesy for me to check in earlier than it's supposed to be. I never get this kind of service before as most of the hotel or Airbnb will ask you to wait till the right time even though they really have an available unit. Satisfaction is overloaded as I will definitely 100% will choose THE IDARIS again for my next trip to KL.
