nice location, nice view, bad parking design very narrow, nice bed, dim toilet should add more lighting

So having travelled round Asia quite a bit I have seen the odd cockroach in the room a few times never more than 2 in the same room and never on the same day .. This has the potential to be perfect walking distance to what we wanted to do, modern and massive windows to see the beautiful views .. but even I was taken aback by how many bugs were in the rooms .. The kitchen area was COVERED in roaches and bugs there must have been about 16 dead in the sink .. no all roaches but decent sized bugs one that had been squished still in the fridge and place just not quite kept to a clean enough standard.. In the bedroom I'm not convinced the sheets were clean on and the bugs were still all over the bathroom said to the girl and she said she would get someone to clean our room ... It was our day to get the room cleaned anyways seen as we had came early hours of the morning the day before it wasn't necessary the first day but it's every second day cleaned apparently anyway the cleaned didn't get rid of the bugs. What a disappointment this place has the potential to be AMAZING but instead I spent the whole time with my stuff packed away in my bags and not wanting to shower or use the bathroom ... Wouldn't step foot back in the kitchen :( Clean it up you have something amazing !!

i stayed for 2 nights just for shopping at KLCC Suria Mall and Pavillion. It was only a walking distance.

Good position, close to train station, in neiborhood of Petronas, room ok for two people who are spending a little time at the hotel. Good price for quality.

There are so many cockroaches and they don’t mob the floor regularly

The apartment itself has 2 rooms and 1 of it is mine. I liked the idea of having the communal living room which means i get to interact with my "neighbour" if we met, which unfortunately we did not. The staff were also very prompt with requests and they helped solve a lot of my issues during my stay which i greatly appreciate. I would highly recommend this to people on a budget and for families. Thank you for the pleasant experience!

I gave this place 5*s bc -view from 41st floor -price -luggage storage when we checked out -internet!!!!! Was great! -location Cons: -elevator needed service. The numbers would jump around, and some (of the 6 elevators) shook a couple lot -while check in 3 other people came in with room issues, and we had to wait while they resolved those. BUT, they did resolve the others issues. -the cleaning man tried coming in while we were still in our room about 10am, and I wasn’t even clothed. It was scary! My husband intercepted. It was a simple oversight, but I didn’t love that.

Found a lot of cockroaches in the room. Ask to change room but the receptionist refuse & said no room available to change. Then I asked for insect repellent. Who know the more cockroaches I kill & more appeared. I've video to upload if I able to. I couldn't accept anymore so I asked for checkout & refund then the receptionist told me there is another room if you like to change. Thanks for receptionist at last I able to get my refund. Before I book the hotel I checked the review is 8.2 but I think that should be long time ago.

Great property but very difficult to find at night as no clear signage and street numbers are rarely displayed. So, it is the only tall, round building in the street and is next to Concorde Hotel (very clearly signed) which all taxi drivers know. My taxi dropped me off about 1k from hotel! Local businesses had never heard of the hotel name, so took a few phone calls to find it.

The room was small with the toilet very near to the bed and has a foul smell.

It is a clean, well kept building and it is within walking distance of the Petronas towers and the KLCC malls

The room is clean n tidy. Location is okay.

We booked a Deluxe Apartment with 2 bedrooms and we got a huge surprise, the whole apartment is secure, clean, spacious, comfy, fast WiFi and comes with all amenities of a modern home. In additional, there are 2 toilets where both me and my friend can use in our own privacy. Do take note that the front desk office is on the 6th floor and need to ask security on ground floor to help open the door to the lift lobby if no one is going in or out. Check-in and out is hassle free but do also take note that the pool is not free and there are charges to use it. The apartment is almost perfect aside from the television connection is rather poor, causing constant lag time which renders us unable to watch any shows.

Overall the stay was good and staff is very friendly and attentive to any problems/questions that I had. The only negative side is that I had a number of bugs in my room, pretty big ones, so some pest control would be good. Otherwise it's clean and nice. The shower has hot water (heater can be turned on/off with a button in the common room outside the bedroom), the shower has good pressure. Cleaning is done every other day which I think is enough. Living room and kitchen is shared with another guest but you can lock the room to the bedroom so no problem. There is a laundry machine in the kitchen and they provide detergent that guests can use. The location is near malls and some restaurant but it's more of a business/high end area so not very vibrant but calm and nice. Walking distance to the Petronas towers.

Booked apartment for couple. Was being given shared, backpacker like, arrangement. Had to pay more money to upgrade. Website did not mention sharing rooms. Internet is hopeless. It did not work. TV is useless. No instruction to operate the equipment.

My shortest stay in a hotel. 15 minutes and left for another hotel ! The review is rubbish and ended up to pay twice for one night stay.

Great location and nice place. There were no directions for how to find the check in counter, which is on the 6th floor and we ended up going to 3 different places before we found out. The gym promised in the advertisement cost money to use, which is part of why we booked Idaris. The location was great and most other things were great. Apartment staff were somewhat helpful. Just note that you’ll have to take a taxi to the subway system unless you want to walk 1.5 miles to the nearest stop.

Booked two nites and decided to arrive earlier but our extended nite was not recorded. They managed to give us a room but not as per our request and rates.

It was good.
