This is imposed by Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMDC) effective from September 2017. This amount is to be collected by the Hotel, on behalf of the RMDC upon check-out. All Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted from paying this tax with valid proof or ID presented at front desk upon check-in. *Tourism tax will be exempted from July 1, 2020, to June 30, 2021.*
Security Deposit: The guest will be require a security deposit upon check in at RM100 per night up to maximum RM300.
