Staff is super friendly and helpful. However the hotel interior, especially the hallway is quite dirty due to ongoing renovation project. Location is superb tho, just few minutes drive to hospitals and few steps away to a stunning seaviewm. You will get a free shuttle to the hospital from hotel.

The hotel is good in the city center, the rooms are big and clean, close to Gleneagles Penang, just 5 minutes walk, friendly service, clean hotel, big rooms and reasonable prices.

Hotel room is spacious, a bit old but clean, they are on renovation these days. Staf are very friendly & they arrange connecting room for us when we check in, appreciate the kind gesture so much Actual government tourism tax that were charged was RM 13 per night per room.

super strategic location just next to gleneagles hospital in penang. 2 min walk to doctor appointment. the room was nice but a little off about amenities. theres only a little amount of soap and shampoo, also no bathroom mat. also quite noisy but overall okay :)

It's fun, the hotel is clean, the food is delicious, close to the hospital and has a sea view, you can rent a bicycle near the hotel for an evening walk.

Very good, clean, comfortable, friendly place.

The room is spacious, but the shower is the main problem. It is a clogged shower head and has low water pressure. The staff is friendly, especially the concierge staff very helpful. He helped us move our luggage from the car and bring it directly to our room.

The location is near Gleneagles Hospital Penang, walking distance to pharmacy, mini market & coffee shop. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room & linen were comfortable, and they provide basic amenities in the bathroom.
