Antaris Cintermex

This hotel is outdated and needs a good renovation. Water from the shower was all over the room bathroom (Even with the door closed), drain was half blocked so a pool on the shower was created. Floors were full of scratches and trims were all broken or damaged. Bed was OK They provide a bare minimum of bathroom amenities (be prepared to bring your own stuff) Hotel is well located but seems like they dont care about guests complaints.

My shower floor would flood and spill out I wasn’t aware you needed to place the card key inside the reader inside the room to turn on the electricity So I call as soon as I check in and say “ excuse I have no electricity in my restroom “, lady on front desk says “we will send someone right away “ An hour goes by and nobody showed up so I call again and exact same thing “we will send someone right away” and again nobody showed up I took a nap and woke up a couple of hrs later to now realize the tv wasn’t turning on nor the lights on the rest of the room so I call a 3rd time and now the lady at the front desk explains to me “ you need to insert your key , blah blah blah “ Ok now I get it but why wouldn’t the person when I first called explain that to me ? No hairdryer in my room and I had to pay for my breakfast because I didn’t ask if it was included since I was as already fed up with the previous issues Nice location super close to my venue that’s the highlight here

Everything was perfect when I stayed at the Antaris. No problems at all.

The place is a perfect location (middle of everything), helpful staff, and nice rooms. I was just disappointed with the parking. Parking was an issue for the vehicle I was driving. My vehicle got scratched and hit; on the driver door and front corner that a sensor was broken. I noticed the next morning but what would they do since the car was gone, plus I had taken a picture of the vehicles that night from my room. Another issue was a rainy day that my partner slipped in front of the building, so careful when stepping out and the floor is wet.

Was a exelent place to stay.

The staff was amazing! We had a very bad travel experience but the staff helped us make the most of our trip. The hotel was very clean and it was close to everything we had planned. 100/10!

Is idea for a quick trips.. gym is not equipped,

Staff was very good but installations, were not so in good conditions. First room had a very bad smell, not from the sink, but apparently from the ceiling. It was 4th floor and 5th floor was remodeling. Second room was ok but then at 5:30 am a noice was coming from the window, but realized was coming from floor above and a hole between ceiling and window was the one ‘filtering’ noises. Even a smoke smell was coming from there. Fortunately following night the hole was tapped and resolved. But still before 6am noises coming from above like a metal bucket appeared, not so loud but still enough to perceive them. Breakfast buffet was ok. The best is the hotel location, just across the street from Cintermex hall, very convenient.

Limpieza regular. Gimnasio en muy malas condiciones, no deberían mencionarlo. AC en habitación no funcionaba.
