Excellent

The area is top notch. The fundidora park is across the street and it's a beautiful spot to walk. There are a lot of options to eat and drink. Surprisingly there are no pharmacies nearby. The hotel looks nice but it si a bit outdated in the inside. The shower handle in the room was broken and the staff didn't seem to clean too meticulously. The staff was very nice overall but I would rate this hotel as average. The location is ideal if you want to be near fundidora park

Poor internet service, TV's didn't work, Shower head problems, sink not draining, water from shower leaking on floor.

I was in a corner room and it was loud. I ended up checking out really early in the morning after one night. When I arrived, the parking attendants were rushing you to move as soon as I pulled up. They were yelling at me to move forward and I explained that I couldn’t because of the size of my vehicle. Ended up following his instructions and now I have a huge mark on the side of my brand new truck. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THIS TRIP!!! Extremely disappointed. It was a complete waste of time, my money and now I have to spend more to get my vehicle fixed.

Fue una experiencia placentera, solo unos cuantos detalles en la habitación principalemente el baño que el agua en la regadera se juntaba mucho y era algo incomodo, tambien algunas lamparas no encendian y era algo obscura la habitación, pero fuera de eso fue agradable

The staff at the hotel are truly amazing and very kind, respectful and professional people!

Staff are friendly, location is awesome close to Paseo Santa Lucia, however, the elevators, hallways, and rooms stink of cigarette smoke. My toilet's flush was broken and I notified the front desk person, and even next day nobody showed up to fix.

A nuestro cuarto no le servía el aire notificamos por la tarde fueron a ver y dijeron que iba bajando poco a poco de 29 grados bajó hasta 28 grados y así estuvimos toda la noche y no nos pudieron ayudar, la señora que limpiaba muy amable El desayuno bueno

Needs ro check cable tv, provide tisseus and towels by sink, best if sliding sower door rather than swing door, and better shower soap.

Weak wifi. Bad smell(sewer) in the room.
