I recently stayed at Diez Diez and was really impressed. The hotel is an older property that has been beautifully renovated—modern touches while still keeping its charm. Our room was very nice, comfortable, and well-maintained.
What truly sets this place apart is the staff. Every interaction we had was outstanding; the reception team especially goes above and beyond, whether it’s helping with room needs or offering assistance outside the hotel.
The location is another highlight. While it’s a bit away from the main centro, the area is calm, safe, and full of excellent restaurants. It’s also very close to the Paseo Gastronómico, which is perfect if you love exploring food spots.
When I return to Mérida, I won’t think twice about booking here again. Highly recommend!

Diez Diez is nicely situated, close to main drag and restaurants. Super great staff. Issa in a he restaurant was amazing. She made an extra effort to connect with guests.
Bathroom needs upgrade and the he carpet in the room hasn’t been vacuumed in a while.

We loved our stay at Diez Diez. The rooms are beautiful and uniquely designed. Perfectly located just across from Paseo Montejo. Our room was a little loud, but they accommodated us to another one that was perfect. Staff is very friendly and made sure our stay was a memorable one.

We stayed at the Diez Diez Collection to celebrate my partner's 30th birthday. From the moment we booked, the hotel staff was super responsive. I wanted to set up a few things in the room beforehand and the hotel staff was happy to help. When we arrived we were greeted with a welcome mocktail and provided with an upgrade which was incredibly kind of the staff. The room was large and very comfortable. All of the staff were attentive and kind the entire time. We also ate dinner at the on-site restaurant Fronto - the food was delicious and the service was fantastic. I would highly recommend Diez Diez and hope to stay there again in the future!

The hotel is really amazing. In particular, the people who work at the hotel are simply awesome people. From Oscar and Alexandra at the front desk, Louis the Manager, Rudy at the Bar and Moses and Adrian at the restaurant--all lovely human beings who made my stay special. The only issues that I had were that my room was exactly beside the bar--so the noise level was not great and also there are no rails or clear lighting on the multiple stairs--an issue for those with some mobility issues.

Beautiful small hotel just a block from the Paseo Montejo. If you have mobility issues, make sure you don’t get one of the rooms upstairs, since you’ll need to go up a flight of stairs (some w/out a handrail) and then down a flight of stairs. Fortunately, the hotel staff was very accommodating and were able to move me to another room.

We like the hotel location and the building in general. The rooms are very nice, clean and with amenities to drink and prepare coffee. Showers work perfectly.
We didn’t like that the hotel has no parking, however we left our car on the street and nothing happened to our car.

Muy buena ubicacion, servicio y la comidad deliciosa. lo unico es ue me quede en la habitacion 7 y hay ruido de la calle que te despierta muy temprano. Ademas de la coladera de la regadera salia un olor a caño cuando el hotel se lleno.
