So disappointed that the pool was so cold. I only booked for the pool

I arrived at the property at approximately 7:00 PM and was disappointed with the lack of information and guidance provided during check-in. The front office representative did not share any information about the hotel facilities or amenities. As a guest, I had to ask whether parking was provided and whether it was complimentary, which should have been communicated proactively. No overview was given regarding the pool, gym, or other amenities. Later in the evening, I had to call the front desk to ask about the pool and gym hours and location. When we finally reached the pool, we discovered that the pool was cold and that towels required a $25 deposit, information that was never shared with us in advance. This was unexpected and inconvenient. Overall, I felt that I was not properly informed or oriented to the property, which negatively impacted my experience. Basic guest information — especially regarding amenities, hours, and additional charges or deposits — should be clearly communicated at check-in. I wanted to share this feedback so it can be addressed and improved for future guests.

Exceeded all expectations. My room was impeccable, clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable with fresh linens and thoughtful touches everywhere. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home from check-in to checkout. The location is ideal, very close to the US Embassy, and every detail from the quiet atmosphere to the amenities was top-notch. 100% recommend—I’ll definitely return on my next trip to Tijuana!

The ac would not work. After calling front desk about 45 minutes later they came to fix. Also the tv was not working. They asked if we would like a different room but we had already situated our belongings.

Clean room and property. Included breakfast a big plus.

The staff is great, very friendly and the food delicious.. I do feel they should have better pillows and more than one washer and dryer. That was the only 2 things I didn’t like. Other than that, I think the Hampton doesn’t disappoint.

We paid for a king bed an we got a queen, they just said that’s the one we got assigned to stay at, later in the night they call us to transfer us to another king bed room

Room wasn't ready till after 5 pm. Then the wrong room and bed type was given to us. We changed and the next room had a very bad mold smell, no working ac, and a clogged sink drain. We finally got our room, still wrong bed type, at about 9pm. Total mess, very inconvenient, had to push staff to fix the issues.

Fríendly staff , cleaness, close to everything walking , easy parking access

The room it was OK the breakfast it was nothing left. They don’t fill up right away and I have an issue with the one of the service the coffee guy he wants to make me the coffee, but I don’t like nobody to make my coffee the way I want it so we have a little argument about the coffee. I’ve been to a lot of hotels. I make my own coffee in United States. This is the first time it happened to me in Mexico thank you so much.
