Ambiance music and voices in the lobby where heard inside the room at all times; breakfast is slow and limited; parking lot has trash and no one is not responsible for car damage; room is over priced. Staff members were helpful.

The staff were great, the breakfast was great but it just want the sort of place you wanted to return to if you wanted to relax.

Throughout our stay, we noticed how well the Villa was kept. It was always clean, the Staff was very nice and receptive to all of Our needs. The location was close to Zocalo. We highly recommend this Villa because we truly enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful boutique hotel, great location with wonderful staff. Really would have otherwise been a 5/5, it was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate a special occasion. But, the room we had booked two months ago (with a King bed) wasn't held for us, or was double booked, or we got bumped. Not entirely sure but they just said nope, we don't have a King bed for you as reserved. Instead we were offered a room with two double beds. Which was lovely enough, but again not what we had reserved. Two separate beds really isn't the secret to a romantic weekend escape with my wife. We were then offered a Villa as the only other option with a King bed. Sounds like an upgrade but it was 20 blocks away from the boutique hotel. Two bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. Lovely spot if you're travelling with friends or family. But it's isolated, on a noisy corner at street level with no real access to the boutique amenities we chose this hotel for. As our only option with a bed that would allow my wife and I to be together (I'm 6'2" and consume more than a little space) we took it, and made the best of it. Staff tried really hard to help us bridge the gap, they went above and beyond. They were awesome. But ya, it is what it is. This was my wife's 50th birthday weekend, of course I wanted everything to be perfect. And it wasn't. So 3/5 is the best I can do, given how this played out.

¡Excelente experiencia! Nos hospedamos en una villa, la cual está separada del Hotel, es muy amplia y bastante cómoda. El personal estuvo siempre al pendiente de nuestra llegada y resolvieron todas las dudas al instante durante toda la estancia, excelente servicio y atención ¡Lo recomendamos ampliamente! El último día conocimos a la camarista, Carmen, excelente actitud de servicio y amabilidad.

My wife and i had a WONDERFUL time at this apartment and will come back to this same apartment. The house keeper was GREAT and she took care of us while there. The staff is exceptional in directing to our needs and places to explore. I highly recommend this property to all that wish to visit Oaxaca!!! Thank youuuu Casa Divina for everything!!

I really love the attention of the staft

We stayed at one of their villas for 3 nights. We did not know the villa would be at a different location but it turned out to be closer to downtown area than the hotel. The service was amazing, specially the communication. We are definitely going back and using them.
