Hotel Gala

Es un hotel con pésimas prestaciones está súper caliente las habitaciones. El ventilador que te ponen no sirve para nada hace demasiado ruido y aparte de mal servicio no tienen lo que prometen. No se los recomiendo. No van aguantar la calor en las habitaciones

Está súper cerca del zócalo de puebla a una cuadra. El personal que me tocó fue algo hostil, pero ya pidiendo las cosas te resuelven

No tienen shampoo ni jabon. Y el gerente es un muy mal administrador

My experience at Hotel Gala was very bad. The service at the front desk was poor, there was no hot water to take a shower, and there were no bottled waters provided in the rooms. I went downstairs to ask if they could give me a bottle of water and they said no. They showed me where I could get water, and when I asked for a cup, they told me I had to bring my own. My stay at Hotel Gala was very unpleasant.

La habitacion estaba sucia,quisimos desayunar y dolo tenian unos cuantos platillos disponibles tambien tubimos problemas con el inodoro no bajaba agua y ya para salir nadie me ayudo con mis maletas la receptionist fue muy grosera,, no vuelvo a regresar mucho menos lo recomendaria

Toilet running but amazing place & location

Excellent staff. A very poor breakfast. One piece of toast & 4 slides of orange. Amazing view from deck on roof. No elevator so being your own to carry your bags up & down the different floors. Very clean. Toilet tank water valve broken. I instructed them to fix it once I check out. I am living with it.

I was disappointed to find that the room was advertised as having air conditioning, but there was none. Additionally, the shower experience was not satisfactory, as there was barely any hot water available

Excellent service from everyone (Manager, Receptionists, Concierge, cleaning service) and the hotel were very clean and pretty.

The sound insulation of the room is very poor. I could hear the snoring from the neighboring room, and at 4 a.m., people were laughing and talking loudly, but no one managed the situation.

La habitación no estaba lista a la hora del check-in. Aunque nos permitieron dejar nuestras cosas, tuvimos que esperar unos 15 minutos más y, lamentablemente, dos horas después aún no estaba disponible. La habitación carecía de aire acondicionado, solo tenía un ventilador, y aunque no era temporada de calor, se sentía bastante caliente. Los muros son muy delgados; se escuchaba todo lo que sucedía en la habitación contigua, donde había una familia con un niño muy ruidoso. Además, cada vez que usaban el WC o el lavabo, el sonido del agua era bastante molesto. La cama era dura y la distribución de los muebles poco funcional, lo que hacía el espacio incómodo. Por otro lado, nuestra habitación solo tenía una ventana hacia el interior del hotel, lo que afectaba la privacidad. El servicio de valet parking fue extremadamente lento, ya que solo tienen un encargado y el estacionamiento está alejado. Para colmo, presenciamos un incidente anterior en el que un coche había sido golpeado, y el hotel no quería asumir responsabilidad. Era un domingo a mediodía, y no me gustaría estar en la situación de esos huéspedes. En resumen, no recomendaría este hotel y no volveré a hospedarme aquí.
