Great place to stay at for vacation.

Great place, feels very 5 star!

This place is a gem. The bungalows are charming and the whole place is fabulous. The staff, from manager down, are charming, helpful, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Would absolutely stay here again.

The friendly staff were the only good part of this experience. The pool looked dirty, the rooms were unkept, and our AC broke, forcing a room change at midnight. It was an underwhelming stay for what we paid.

My room had no phone, no way to call reception to ask for service and I was charged twice for a food transaction.

Fantastic amenities!

This Hotel has excellent food. The only thing that I did not like was that I was not informed that the room did not have elevator and had to walk up stairs to get to room with luggage.

Wasn't too impressed. The no Jacuzzi was a deal breaker for me. I didn't see an ice bucket where it should be which is usually by the sink or coffee maker. I called and let them know and requested an ice bucket with ice and was brought ice in a used grocery bag, no bucket. That was kind of unsanitary and gross. Before we left I opened the closet to find the ice bucket inside on the top shelf. If that's where they usually keep it,the front desk should have said something when I called.

Staff members were excellent

Had an amazing time at the hotel. Room was incredible. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Dinner was outstanding. I would highly recommend staying here. I look forward to my next visit!

I love staying here at Lucerna. It’s been an amazing hotel for years and years. The staff is always amazing, the rooms are always impecable and the hotel itself is always super clean. The only thing that I did give 3 stars was because the room was not as clean as it usually is, I did see hair on the bed and a nail. The toilet was also not as clean as it usually is but again this has only been one experience from many great ones.

Todo estuvo muy bien, nos quedamos ahí porque sabía de ese hotel desde mi niñez y quería que mis hijas experimentaran el hospedarse ahí. El personal muy atento, desde que llegamos. Necesitábamos dos cuartos y nos acomodaron las habitaciones juntas. Estuvimos en el restaurant bar de la instalación y comimos un aguachile, delicioso, y tomamos bebidas muy buenas. La alberca para las niñas estaba fresca pero como estaba a 90 durante el día estuvieron felices hasta que la cerraron a las 10pm. El servicio del bar trae las bebidas a la alberca también. La seguridad excelente, los carros se estacionan adentro sin cobro extra y en la noche de cierra el establecimiento y solo personas con tarjeta de habitación pueden entrar al hotel. Tiene brunch buffet de $600 pesos por persona y las cabañas tienen incluido un desayuno continental. Nos hubiese gustado saber la diferencia cuando nos registramos, antes de ir a ver los restaurantes del desayuno. Pedimos servicio al cuarto y la comida llegó a la habitación en 15-20 minutos. Por fuera el hotel, no se ve espectacular, pero las instalaciones por dentro están muy bien cuidadas y el servicio excelente. Definitivamente nos quedaríamos en el Hotel Lucerna otra vez.

Safe 4 star+ treatment nice pool and resteraunt s bar

Upon arrival receptionist welcomed us in. Lobby was clean. Bellboy was very helpful with finding our rooms and a place to park our car while staying with them.

Location is very good but our room and entire tower needs attention , the ice machine was out of ice and they only have one for the entire tower no coffee maker in room

Need more hi dust cleaning staff was great out door pool was really nice and clean breakfast a little over price should be included

Fue pésimo que no avisaran que no había agua caliente Use dos habitaciones y en una estaba un niño de 9 años que debía bañar después de usar la alberca que estaba muy pero muy sucia En 12 hrs nunca arreglaron lo del agua caliente Debieron avisar para moverme de hotel u ofrecer otro hotel
