Great Hotel. With all amenities. Spacious kitchen, living room. And beautiful bedroom. Few blocks to the beach, and walkable to restaurants and shops. A wonderful place and great customer service. Highly recommend for couples and families.

You will love the charming hotel. Great little swimming pool and easy to walk to everywhere, the beach, restaurants, the port and all the nightlife. Great customer service. Exelente and helpful staff.

The sliding doors don’t lock and don’t have a curtain so everyone can see in and eve. Walk in if they want. There is no TV, no blanket only sheet. They advertise a kitchen. There is literally nothing to cook with except a microwave. No plates, bowls, spoons or forks. I expected a stove or at least stove top based on the description they supply. No hot water in the shower and an electrical Outlet INSIDE the shower. That can’t be legal or safe. The bed was comfy and the air worked well but that was the only positive.

The property is OK, but on the rooms you won't even find a hand soap or a shampoo. The cookware is really basic.

Great quiet location. 10 minutes from beach. Friendly reception. The beds were comfy. We were offered discounts at roof top restaurant at sister's hotel. Nice view but meal was so salty, nor able to eat. Would not recommend. Arranged tour of 3 islands for us, was very nice.

Pretty garden. Toilet didn't work, even after we reported it- no response. Windows on ground floor didn't lock. No hooks in the room to hang stuff, travel bag, wet bathing suits, and no clothes line. Spacious room with kitchen. Nice staff. Poor email communication. Located close to town center and dining.

You do not need a hotel by the beach that you thought you wanted or needed. El Jardin is the perfect location ; few minutes away from the beach and el Centro. Los tres amigos, as I call them; our three main people at the reception will go out their way for all your needs . The owner himself is at the image of what El Jardin has to offer. Loved it and will miss it.

Beds extremely comfortable; staff exceptionally friendly. Showers were the best: really great water pressure and luxurious hot water! The location was perfect ... just off the main road so it was nice and quiet but within walking distance of everything.

La propiedad está muy cerca de la playa y de las atracciones principales. Alberca pequeña pero suficiente , casi nadie la usa así que la tuvimos exclusiva para nosotros. El wifi no llega a nuestro cuarto, solo en el área común del hotel. El precio-calidad fue lo que esperábamos . Servicio de recepción y de limpieza increíble

Traer un buen cuchillo para cortar y algo para limpiar en lla mesa de la cocina.

Se nota que están en una renovación y hace falta un poco de comunicación más efectiva. Son muy amables pero toma un tiempo mayor al que considero podría necesitar algún requerimiento o para dar solución a cualquier inconveniente.

Gran hotel, súper accesible y cómodo para aprovechar el tiempo en Holbox, está súper cerca de todo y puedes llegar a pie sin problema

Muy agradable, solo mejorar el wifi y la señal por cable!

El hotel está en remodelación, lo que llevó a nuestra habitación si bien era nueva, no tenía espejo en el lavabo, faltaban las lámparas de la recámara y en el lavabo, no había agua caliente solo tibia a fría, no había cortinas en las ventanales, lo que tuvimos que solicitarlas pues no había privacidad suficiente ya que todo se veía de adentro hacia afuera y de afuera hacia adentro, no había tampoco cortinero ni cortinas en la cocina y de ahí se percibía todo en la habitación. En cuanto a ubicación muy buena, pero utensilios y detalles de la habitación muy carente.

Aufenthalt März 24; leider war der Safe defekt und kein Ersatz vorhanden, Ventilator im Schlafzimmer veraltet (zu lauf für Nachtbetrieb), freundliche Mitarbeiter, Gute Lage zum Zentrum und Strand, Mini-Pool vorhanden, aber nicht genutzt. Küche war zu dürftig ausgestattet für die Selbstversorgung.
