Quinta Rivera

Our family stayed four nights at this hotel and we enjoyed our stay. We appreciate the room service by coming back to a clean room after being out all day. The buffet was great regarding food and service. We will definitely stay here again.

It’s a nice hotel with parking and a restaurant. We stayed 2 nights but after the first night I had to buy a fan. There’s no heating or cooling unit in the room. The staff were very friendly.

This was my second time staying at Quinta Rivera and it was very disappointing. 4-5 years ago I stayed at Quinta Rivera and I had an absolute pleasant experience. However, my second time around was very disappointing. Rooms are outdated. My room was dirty, bed sheets were ripped and stained. On my first night, I noticed the pillow cases had a potent bad smell. And so I called the front desk to have them change the pillow cases. It turns out the pillows were the ones that needed to be changed. The curtains are suppose to be white but look gray from accumulated dirt. On occasions I have to call the reception desk to bring room essentials because maintenance staff forgot to replenish. Lastly, during our 12 days in Quinta Rivera hotel we had no internet service. Overall, the cleanliness needs to be address and rooms need to be updated. The only 2 great things about Quinta Rivera: is the location -since its just a couple of blocks to el centro and its staff; both reception staff and restaurant staff were very kind and pleasant.

Restaurant closes at 10pm which is great.

We forgot one of our travel bathroom items and they kept it safe for us until we were able to pick it up

Great place and very clean!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was clean, the wifi worked great in the room. Staff at the front desk were friendly and the price to stay was cheap.

Forgot to request Non Smoking room and the cigarette smell was extremely strong. Other than that, very good.

Great location

Great room although a little bit noisy. The food from the cafe was so tasty.

Awful experience, dirty and stinky rooms, poor service in frontdesk, after a visit to downtown and returning by night, our room wasn´t made. Better pick another place.

Room was not what was advertised room was outdated and old, carpet was dirty smelled like mold the bathroom was dirty with a mildew smell the lights took a minute to come on when switched on and flickered. Bedding smelled like mildew, towels were ragged and old and you were only given two when it was a room for 4 adults. No parking had to get up in the middle of the night to move my car and WiFi was non existent even tho they swore that we could connect. Lobby staff is rude the only good thing is the convenient restaurant on site that serves great food. Location is good walking distance to the centro , mercado, jardín.

Traveling to hidalgo and stayed here for a night. Very nice breakfast and hotel price was cheap

Only stayed for one night but it was a pleasant one. The hotel os probaly one of the nicer ones in that town. There is plenty of parking and the hotel staff are very nice. The town was having a barbacoa festival at the mercado so that was very nice. Lots of food.They also had some sort of town fair that week which we took advantage of. The only thing I found weird about the hotel is that at checkout they actually had to radio someone to go check the room before they could release us from liability I guess. Other than that its a nice place to stay. I would stay again.

Clean room , friendly staff and not too far from major roads.
