The Beach Tulum Hotel

The Beach Tulum Hotel is fantastic, it is super clean, the staff is absolutely superb and they go out of their way to help you. The amenities are superb with daily Yoga, and great services such as Hydrotherapy and Massage. Their steam room, dry suana, and hot and cold plunge pools are fantastic, and they give you one complimentary Hydrotherapy session. They even gave me another Hydrotherapy session on an alternate day when I could not do it as part of the massage, as it was included in all spa services, although I had to ask for this accommodation. That was the only real negative was that I had to really question if I could get this included service moved to the next day, but they did so.

The staff at the resort were excellent , as was the food . The spa was nice but way over priced . The whole place of Tulum was way overpriced and dirty streets . 10k a week for a room - I could have lived 10x better in Cancun or any other island in the Caribbean . Also we got robbed by the police . That was the last straw and we left early

Would definitely return to this place. The rooms are well appointed and luxurious. The staff very hospitable. The beach clean and looked after, and the hotel perfectly placed right on the beach. The breakfasts are incredible. A faultless stay.

This property never disappoints. This was my third time there, my guest her first and we enjoyed this trip thoroughly. The stuff, the drinks, the food, the stafff all .. it doesn’t disappoint!! Thank you all for another wonderful stay

The Beach Hotel is an adult-only private resort. The service provided by both the hotel and restaurant staff was excellent. The crew worked hard every morning to clear the sand of seaweed. Our private dip pool, patio, and beach lounge were clean and relaxing. We couldn't have asked for a more tranquil place.

My wife and I loved our stay here. The property is ON the beach. We walked through sand from the lobby to our room and then out our sliding door with views of the ocean less than 50' to our own private pool and day bed. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the food was amazing. I definitely recommend getting the option with the breakfast included. We had a delicious meal waiting for us on our back deck every morning when we woke up. Ziggy's is attached to the hotel and was great for dinner and drinks, we even took salsa dancing classes and morning yoga (included in the stay). There was also a hidden cenote 2 min walking distance across the street! 5-10 min walk from some of the best restaurants and clubs in Tulum at night. We will definitely be coming back to relax and unwind in this slice of paradise.

The Beach Tulum was the perfect, relaxing, get away spot. Staff was so friendly and accommodating and the hotel was super quiet, well kept, and had amazing beach and views.

A special haven with a gorgeous spa and the messages are life changing. The rooms are right on the beach with every need attended to via what's app messaging. Meal can be ordered from anywhere and delivered to you where ever you are, beach, room, poolside. The setting is serene and I never felt as though the place was crowded and often felt I had the place to myself at times. Very quiet with only the sound of the surf crashing to put me to sleep. The beach is the best with a reserved queen bed reserved for each room.

Hotel overall amazing. Ocean front view from the room incredible. Staff unbeatable. Menu, food and service from on property restaurants 5 star. Landscaping and upkeep to die for. Location to restaurants, shops and clubs over the top. The Beach Hotel Tulum is moving into our heavy rotation.

The hotel is fab! Amazing service by all staff across the business, very attentive and accommodating. Accommodation is great, with personal roof terrace and assigned cabana on private area of Tulum beach. Would highly recommend.

Amazing quiet property , food was great at both restaurants , breakfast was our favorite. Beach was amazing , location is perfect for walking up and down , seeing all the activity , and then arriving back to serenity at The Beach.

We just returned from 5 nights at the The Beach Tulum and it was an amazing experience that we will definitely be back for! Gorgeous property right on a private beach with daybeds for each room. The most fresh and delicious food, and a wonderful and friendly staff that made the stay so enjoyable! We would recommend this hotel to everyone and we cannot wait to return.

Hands down THE most amazing hotel experience! The hotel is beautiful, our room had a breathtaking view and was extremely clean. We felt like the only people there as it was quiet, not overcrowded and just so relaxing. You don’t hear anyone- off in the distance we could hear music at night because we liked to sleep hearing the ocean with the doors open. But with doors closed it’s quiet. Your own beach cabana was so nice as was the beach side service for drinks/food. Highly the Rooftop Jacuzzi Room. The private rooftop is perfection. Ziggys and Frescos had amazing food! Get the Arrachera Angus w/ the veggies and side of mashed potatoes. Best steak of my life. Every meal we ate was just amazing! The late night room service was fast! Turn down service always leaves a little sweet treat.They are very conscious if you have allergies too. The ocean water was beautiful, a tad rough during our stay due to some little storms but after walking the beach we realized just how hard they work to quickly clean the beach all day of ANY seaweed that may come up. We barely saw any especially compared to hotels just down the beach. Beach was beautiful, clean and quiet. Vendors do walk by occasionally but mostly just walk and let you call them if you’re interested. Unfortunately my husband was not feeling well our last day and the bellboy ran to the pharmacy for Gatorade during a storm. They checked on him too. Hospitality, food & hotel grounds are top notch! Transportation was great too!
