Our stay at The Beach Tulum was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcomed with their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. Every restaurant on the property served amazing food with great variety and quality. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Easily one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had, and we cannot wait to come back.

Hands down, the best place to stay in Tulum!!! Amazing staff, great food, well maintained and clean. Will be back!

I can’t recommend this place highly enough! The most beautiful rooms and amazing service and delicious food. It was quiet season when we were there and I think during busier times it is still not a party scene. But if you are looking for a gorgeous place right on the beach as a couple to relax, this is it! Loved loved loved it! Use the cold plunge and sauna and steam room. The massages were outstanding as well. And if your room has a rooftop deck USE IT!

Excellent in every way. Service and staff were helpful without being intrusive. The hotel itself was gorgeous l and a nice sleepy quiet escape from the bustle of tulum. Spa and gym were fantastic. The beachfront room and patio with a hammock were otherworldly. We will be back!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. They anticipate needs well, such as providing flip flops and beach bags in the rooms, along with other thoughtful touches like bug repellant and tooth brushes. Staff are attentive and helpful. I enjoyed the various food options on site, which I was not expecting, given the small size of this property. If you find a vacancy, look no further. Fabulous.

Amazing service!

Hotel is centrally located from everything. Food at Ziggys was the best around. I highly recommend this hotel. The cleanliness, the service and area majes this hotel a 10 for 10 for me.

Absolutely 10 stars especially the staff all around. My wife sends a huge compliment to Karime from the spa staff. Thank you to everyone there for making our experience so pleasant.

The entire staff was so accommodating, the grounds were meticulously manicured, the food was incredible, the room was perfect, and you can't beat that view!!

Property is impeccable, rustic chic, well maintained. High quality in everything they do. Staff is friendly and amazing. Aldo our concierge and Axle our bartender treated us like old friends and made us feel so welcome. (and so many others as well!) We’ve been to several all inclusive resorts and wanted to try something different, and this set a new standard - 10x better than any all inclusive. Only 28 rooms here so they remember your name and it feels like family after just a few days. Beach is amazing, reserved beach beds and very attentive staff out there to move beds, umbrellas, etc. Best walkable beach with lots of interesting properties to check out on your walks both directions. Food on property was amazing at Ziggy’s and close walk to many great spots. We did the Yoga class 3 days, great way to start the day in between the sunrise and amazing fresh made to order breakfast - seriously the best breakfast ever. Got something different every day and it was all 10/10. We had a rooftop room, really cool to have 2 balconies and a rooftop hot tub. We were in room 214 and could look down into Ziggy’s and even enjoy their live music. Got the neck and back massage at the spa, so good! You’re also so close to some great excursions like Tulum Ruins, Akumal bay snorkeling, and underground Cenotes - we highly recommend. All in all, sad to leave and can’t wait to come back. Nothing but great memories at The Beach Tulum!

Beautiful hotel! It’s literally on the beach. All the floors are sand except the rooms and the lobby area. All the rooms have a view of the beach and easy access to the beach. I went for my bday and they decorated my bed to wish me a Happy Birthday. They also had a bottle of champagne for me to enjoy. They have turn down service which will light a diffuser so you end your day a relaxing and wonderful selling scent. The restaurants had great food. The staff were awesome. So kind and helpful. I will definitely be returning.

The Beach Tulum Hotel is fantastic, it is super clean, the staff is absolutely superb and they go out of their way to help you. The amenities are superb with daily Yoga, and great services such as Hydrotherapy and Massage. Their steam room, dry suana, and hot and cold plunge pools are fantastic, and they give you one complimentary Hydrotherapy session. They even gave me another Hydrotherapy session on an alternate day when I could not do it as part of the massage, as it was included in all spa services, although I had to ask for this accommodation. That was the only real negative was that I had to really question if I could get this included service moved to the next day, but they did so.
