The location was perfect and very convenient. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. During our 3-night stay, our room was never cleaned. When I asked reception for fresh towels, I was told the hotel was fully booked. I don’t understand what that has to do with providing clean towels to guests. The biggest issue was at check-out. Our stay had already been fully prepaid, but the receptionist insisted that we pay again. Even after I showed our prepaid voucher and explained several times that the booking had already been paid, she did not believe us and insisted on another payment. As a result, we were delayed and almost missed our train to Belgrade. We are still waiting for the duplicate payment to be refunded. This situation caused unnecessary stress and left us very disappointed with the service. The excellent location was overshadowed by the poor customer service and lack of housekeeping.
