Hotel Old Quarter is in a superb location within central Amsterdam and close to the train and trolly station. It is in a walking district where cars are not allowed. It is a very short walk to the Uber pickup zone and where vehicles are. We enjoyed being very close to all of the important places in Amsterdam. The elevator worked fine and our room had a nice view of the canal behind the hotel. I would recommend this hotel if you want a great location within central Amsterdam.

Easy to find in the old town, close to Central Station. True Dutch—-narrow stairs and rooms but very comfortable. Great breakfast! Really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, 5 minutes walk from Amsterdam Centraal. It’s a very clean hotel, staff were lovely & the price is very reasonable. I had a single room which was very small but comfortable - en suite was also very small but perfectly serviceable. The breakfast was of adequate quality & there was plenty of food available but the breakfast didn’t open till 8am which I felt was a little late if you are joining a tour/day trip.

The hotel conditions were terrible. It is old building, very crippy stairs not appropriate for elder people. No elevator, small and stinky rooms. The Hotels image is deceiving. I thought I was getting a room looking at the canal, Nothing to do with the image. On top of this it was very expensive hotel for a lousy hotel.

Like, close to Amsterdam Centraal station. Negative, noisy at night, only one towel, no hand towel no wash cloth. Tee tiny room for the price and breakfast, which we didn’t have due to having to leave at 6:30a, was pricey.

Our group stayed 4days 3 nights . Excellent breakfast, good-reception staffs. Nice bar area for our group of 8. Centrally located . Very convenient location to get around . Accommodation could improve in cleaning . Extra towels to dry bathroom floor. More thorough cleansing of the room would provides more comfortable stay.

The room was very small. Needs some painting, towels very shredding. The breakfast was okay. There is a cat that wonders the restaurant. Not something I was too crazy about.

The initial check in staff was unfriendly. The walls were extremely thin. The room was clean. The bartender was very nice and had great tourist recommendations. Breakfast was fine. Worth it if you’re just trying to grab something quickly. The highlight was the resident cat Mickey. The stairs situation is crazy. Extremely difficult to get from floor to floor.
