The hotel is in a great location. All the staff we interacted with were great and ver friendly. While the interior of the room was a bit scuffed and well used, we really enjoyed out stay. Breakfast was great too with a good selection.

Great location. So many places to eat at train station. Now phone in the room. Had to go down to the front desk to ask for more pillows. Good brrakfast. I am picky, and it had a variety so something for everyone. We had a really large room but looked in some other rooms, and they seemed quite small. Only complaint was there was very little furniture and very tiny tables next to the bed. We in the US are use to having more surfaces to put things and somewhere to elevate your suitcase. No drawers also. It would have been a pain if we were there for more than one night.

Check in was seamless and Frida, if I remember correctly, was really helpful in showing us points of interest for our 2 day stay. Local travel apps were highlighted to help navigate the city too which was extremely helpful. The buffet style breakfast was brilliant and a good mix to choose from. The room was small but cozy. It suited our short stay perfectly. The bed was comfortable but if you sleep with multiple pillows you will have to ask for an extra as it was only one pillow per sleeper but again this suited us quite well. We were travelling for my fiance's birthday and I asked that the hotel maybe put a balloon or something in the room prior to check in and they said they'd try but unfortunately they didn't do it. I understand that not all requests can be accommodated but if they did it would have made the stay a little more special. Other than that I recommend this hotel to short stay travellers for the friendly staff, tasty food and convenient location handy.

Terrible service and unprofessional staff. I paid for a two-night stay, but my key card was deactivated after the first night. Instead of helping, the receptionist rudely told me I’d checked out without even checking the system. She then began questioning why I was staying by myself, which felt incredibly inappropriate and intrusive. I paid full price for a professional experience but was treated like a nuisance. I do not recommend this hotel

Very bad management. No water in the toilet one night; internal door that connects with train terminal was closed, with no reason coming out from the counter personnel, and with big luggage I had to go around the block, causing big trouble in my injured knee.
