I was suffering from a back injury and the staff treated me very well. I was able to upgrade to a suite and my luggage delivered to the room and taken down at the end of my stay. The front desk recommended an apotek and called for a taxi when I left. The service was far above the standard for such an economical hotel!

Everything was good about the hotel except if you are using the train station earlier than a certain time, you cannot go through the entrance of the hotel from the inside (where there is a working elevator to take you up to the next level. Instead you have to go through the square and down and up stairs (we had several pieces of luggage) and the only elevator to get up the stairs near the train station was out of order). It is not easy with even rolling bags to maneuver with uneven stones. Otherwise, the hotel was great for location and was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice as well.

Hotel is located within the train station making it a very convienet place to stay if arriving by train , its also very central so good to explore the city Our room was pretty small but clean and comfortable, breakfast was very nice with good hot and cold options
