Excellent location with super friendly staff who can't do enough for you. Bonus of included evening meal and afternoon snack in price. Decor a bit tired in places but the price point is about right and the location makes up for it. 2 minute walk from drop off point of airport shuttle bus. Definitely worth paying for an upgraded room that looks out over the harbour for great views of the arctic cathedral. I was very happy with my stay here and will use again next time in Tromso.

Great property, great location

The location is fabulous. Breakfast is delucious. I like the idea of 5'clock cake-fika. And even a light dinner served. This is my second time i stayed in the hotel and will stay again in a few days.

We were at the top floor possibly our room was forgotten to clean. But overall the location is perfect and to our surprise dinners was on the house and was delicious like home away from home.

Fantastic location and fjord view from our room. The bed was very comfortable and the bath nicely renovated. The breakfast and dinner were simple foods and tasted good. The meals definitely saved us a few dollars! The location is close to many tourist attractions. We walked across the bridge to the cathedral and it took us an 25 minutes each way. Nice view from the top of the bridge. We would stay here again. The carpet and bathroom robes are a bit tired and will hopefully be updated soon.

Awesome place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner is served which is a plus since restaurants are so expensive. The dinner varied everyday but the breakfast was the same-which was still good. The rooms are small but to us that was not important since we are not in a the room all day. We reserved the water view and let me tell you, it’s so worth it. It tends to get noisy at night. Very noisy. I was surprised that the snow was not removed around the perimeter of the hotel when all the other places were cleared. Nevertheless, it’s right on the heart of the city center and it was so convenient. Near the airport too-just a 20 minute ride by bus. There’s a 7-11 and a Kiwi supermarket which is super convenient and worth it. The tourists shops are way overpriced, but surprisingly the clothing gear way cheaper than the USA and worth it in buying so get some. The hotel does not provide touring options but the Radisson Blu is a few steps away so you can book there. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Highly recommend. Close to everything; Tromsø’s city center, shops, many restaurants, sites of interest, 20 minutes from the airport. The dinner is a plus, especially in such an expensive city. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Amazing stay... staff was great! We didn't realize we would be fed for breakfast and dinner... plus a daily snack! The location was perfect with accessibility to everything and the view was beautiful!

Ship like atmosphere!

Good location by the harbour, shops and restaurants. However for the price paid, had expected a better room with amenities like water kettle etc. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good but dinner a bit disappointing. Overall a reasonable hotel.
