The property is having an industrial dispute with its staff resulting in some curtailment of services. That should be reported to Expedia and declared when I book.

The hotel was further from town than we thought, but we took an uber and that was convenient. The one thing that I did not appreciate is that you had no control over room temperature. We were there in the winter and the heat was up to high for us, we literally had to open the window while it was snowing to cool our room down. Other than that, the staff was nice and helpful.

Breakfast was fresh and plenty of it, although not always the best quality. Staff were generally nice, although sometimes we got ignored in the bar.

Cool, funky, and friendly! Clean, quiet, and comfy. Close to airport and close to town!

An electric water kettle in the room would be nice.

The staff were very friendly. Issue with smoke detector going off twice in rapid succession…. Not fun at 6 am. Hotel was a good spot for close to the airport - walking distance on a safe sidewalk.

Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet had lots of yummy healthy stuff and lovely pastries. The view was wow. Great coffee altogether a lovely experience.

The staff was amazing and the place was great!! I lived the lobby and the breakfast was superb!

Rooms were spacious and clean. Amazing views on the top floor, good breakfast buffet with many options, easy check in and checkout. Wifi worked a wasn’t slow. Drinks were good but had some moments where it was disorganised and would have to wait a while. During dinner they had like 11 drinks to make at one point. Could not find any washing machines to clean clothes but they did have an ironing room. Also had baggage space to put your bags while exploring before or after check in. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Have express airport bus access to hotel and close to buses

Great experience. Good connections into the city. Bus 28 every hour and the 20min rotation. I would advise organising transport if your plans are to hunt down some northern lights. I wish you all the best in this venture and I hope it’s as bright as possible showing how strong unit is. Otherwise try the hot dog the veg option was delicious. The story behind this place makes it special and the best place to get a hot dog in Europe.
