Aranwa Paracas Resort & Spa

I like how relaxing it was. It is not just a comfortable hotel to spend the night, but you want to spent the day enjoying the pools, walking around the property, enjoying the mineral pool. There is so much to enjoy!

Excellent pool and breakfast and view and room

Cuando llegamos no tenían disponibilidad de la habitación que había reservado pero me dieron otra que tenía buena vista y era mas amplia. Personalmente el volumen de la música tan alta en la piscina es incómoda.

Good place

Very nice hotel. Undergoing renovations. We got one of the new rooms and it was wonderful. Walking distance to El Chapo.

Rooms were very nice and spacious. Pool (not heated) and restaurant were very nice. Food was great. Staff was friendly, competent and spoke English. Heating in room did not work and it was a bit cold altogether.

I absolutely loved the place and the people that work there. They treated us like a family ,excellent customer service and the rooms were beautifully decorated and kept. The receptionist Carla and Jose were amazing.

Everything was excellent ! except our bathroom the toilet didn’t work ! We have to call twice to fix it ! They went to fix it but didn’t work again !

Great Customer Service!

Great place for the family!

Not sure if it’s because we came during off season, but the overall stay was not as great as we thought it would be. The area surrounding the hotel smells like sewage, and even our bathroom shower smelled like this too. It was so bad that we had to change rooms. Our shower had very low water pressure, and the shower head itself was old and rusty. The water calcium buildup was really bad and the shower sprayed from every which way, which was very unpleasant. The floor in our room was dirty and had footprints from either people who stayed before us or those who cleaned the room. There are a ton of birds on the property (mainly pigeons, sparrows and vultures), which would be fine if there wasn’t bird poop everywhere. Birds were in almost every facility and bird poop could be found on all seating areas (couches, chairs, tables, etc). The initial lobby staff are nice, but the rest of the staff we encountered throughout the resort seemed annoyed by us and didn’t seem happy to help or answer questions. The one amenity we loved about the resort was the spa. The facility was clean and the services offered were of great value. The restaurant provided pretty decent food. However, I wish I could say our stay was better than what it was. We were disappointed overall, especially because we were expecting resort-like vibes but we felt like we stayed at an average hotel.

This is a very nice hotel, it’s very close to El Chaco. From there you can shop for souvenirs and take tours to the Ballesta Island.

This property has many activities for kids

Not so kind staff. Property lacks a lot in cleanliness.
