Aranwa Paracas Resort & Spa

Breakfast was good but when they know that 85% of people eat the last hour they should have more staff and stuff prepared so the could replace the empty plates quickly! This hotel has nothing to do with 5 stars hotel !!!! 5 star hotel they ask the guest what they want to drink as hot beverage at the breakfast and they also offer to make like omelet or egg but they don’t ask and they don’t offer and people has to stand in the coffee machine cue for 20 mints to get a cup of coffee!!!! Which I find it ridiculous for 5 star hotel resort ! A 5 star hotel has staff around the swimming pool so if anyone wants to order a drink or food they can but here !!!!! You don’t see a single person and in case far away you see someone and ask them please can you bring me something they simply say oh yes I will call my colleague to come and get your order and then no one comes ever ! So you must simply go to the restaurant order + pay + bring with you to where you are !!!! This is not how 5 star hotels should be ! When you order something to the room they charge 15 soles on top for bringing something. At the reception they check you in soooo much hurry that you almost don’t understand what they say and how things works ! The pool has soooo much birds that come and go and the birds take bath in swimming pool and their feather is full in the water again no one is cleaning no one is around to do something that birds go away ! So water was discussing in my opinion .

We liked the property, well-appointed rooms. We were disappointed in the quality of restaurants, for instance Brisas Nikkei served a dish with beef and langostinos with the sauce being very salty and excessive, almost a soup. Unhealthy amount of salt. Veranda listed in the dessert menu several options, most of them unavailable

The only two things I did not like were: The Temperature Control devise in my room did not work. Second observation: at night , we could hear the conversations of the people occupying the room next door.Poor sound isolation.

Muy buena comida a la carta, aceptable desayuno, pésimo estado de la playa frente al hotel, triste esa falta de tacto, con el ambiente y el ecosistema, basuras a montones e inutilizable…

There are too many rules in the hotels, so I have to pay an additional 50 dollars at check-out :(

Beautiful location

We enjoy our stay, our room was clean and neat, have a extra bed, the food was good at the restaurant, that have a lot of activities for kids and adults to do, we will back in the future

El hotel es hermoso y cuenta con todas las comodidades, solo sería recomendar también hacer mantenimiento a la playa que está muy sucia.

I like how relaxing it was. It is not just a comfortable hotel to spend the night, but you want to spent the day enjoying the pools, walking around the property, enjoying the mineral pool. There is so much to enjoy!

Excellent pool and breakfast and view and room

Excelente resort, muy buenos servicios. Restaurantes de primera, desayuno muy rico y variado. Talvez el gimnasio podria mejorarse, faltan mancuernas y algunas maquinas. lastima que el acceso al mar no es facil, mas bien el mar no esta tan bonito en esa zona y hay piedras. Personal increible, siempre atento y disponible a ayudar, servicio de primera.
