The buffet breakfast was very nice before our early morning flight. The shuttle picked us up from and took us out to terminal 3 right on time both ways. Very convenient as we were a family of 4 with lots of bags.

Overall the rooms are very nice, comfortable etc. the food in the restaurant was very good. The down side is the bar is terrible. Service was slow and we were the only people in there. The nachos with carne needed a magnifying glass to find the meat. They were made with cheese whiz. The wine list absolutely sucks. For that price point I could have gotten bottles in the top 8% in the world, instead their selection was in the bottom 30% worldwide. The entire list was 8 varieties.

The staff are excellent, extremely helpful, and friendly. The property is very clean, the pool is great, the bars are great, breakfast is excellent and all the food we had was great. We definitely recommend this to anyone including family and friends.

The hotel double booked one of our rooms that had 2 beds, and gave us an 'upgrade' to a 1 large king bedroom, which is not convenient for us, we sleeping on 1 bed for 2 people isn't ideal for us and will disturb one another's sleep. When we asked for extra blanket, we were told it not only will cost extra, they brought us a sheet instead of an actual blanket... We insisted on having a blanket instead but we were told they don't have any, which was a lie because in our previous stay, we did receive a fleeced thicker blanket (not free). Eventually after numerous negotiation with the housekeeping and front desk we finally received a fleeced blanket. This was extremely stressful and unpleasant and time consuming. We rather they put us in the room that we paid for then an unwanted 'upgrade'.

Traveled with Mother and husband. Front desk staff are not friendly, which is very rare in the Philippines. The check in and out line was extremely long, took us more than 30min of waiting. Short staffed. The hotel charge extra fees for practically everything you can think of. From extra hour check in, late check out, luggage storing, extra blanket, deposit upfront. Don't think I will come back, greedy management.

I will not come back to this hotel. We got the executive 1 bedroom, it was smaller than expected. This hotel try to take extra charges on EVERYTHING. We arrived a couple of hours early and wondered if the room is ready we could check in a bit early. The room is ready but they asked for $2k Pesos. We tried to ask for extra pillow and blanket, they asked for extra $500P per item. We asked if we could store luggage for a short while as we have 3 separate booking days with this hotel within the week, and was told they charge $150/day/luggage. The services staff are not flexible at all. I accidentally booked breakfast for one of our stay on the wrong date, and asked if we can switch it to a different date as we will need to catch 6am flight on that day and cannot make it to breakfast. We were told switch breakfast day was not possible at all. We had to pay extra $1.3K/person (3 ppl) for the day that we did need breakfast and wasted 3 breakfast paid via online booking. I have never stayed in a hotel try to money grab so much. Not recommended.
