Overall good for the price we’ve paid.

Staff is supportive but premises is under construction so no wifi, no AC . Not satisfied at this rate , don't book this hotel ever . Not worth for money.

Staff was nice, don't get me wrong.. But, toilet seat was broken and had sharp plastic edges, was no toilet paper when I checked in, the sink had a leak and would leave a puddle that didn't drain so I had to constantly wear my sandles, the little room I had stunk of paint, had no A/C (had a fan), and no windows (Safety violation?), the wifi was frustratingly spotty, and all of the water dispensers were empty for my entire 2 night stay. But, for $15 CAD a night what do you expect..?

The toilet seats are broken and I ask the staff and the answer I got is they order parts already and did not come yet. Lots of cockroach.

The walk from the main road or bus terminal to the property may be a bit daunting; street vendors, tricycles, cars, motorcycles, and pedestrians share narrow street to the property. The property itself is decent, but I was really surprised that the room did not have a window. Not sure if that's the case with other rooms and at the time of check in, stairs was the only way to get to the upper floors. I was on the third floor.

The bed was good. But the shared bathroom had a bad smell and the bedroom floor was sticky.

It was a "soft opening." The price was good and the services were great. We stayed in Oct. 2024 for 5 nights. Yes, the surrounding is a slum area but people are nice. Never felt unsafe! Walked around the area casually ...to Baclaran clothing etc market , National Shrine of our Mother of Perpetual Help, fast food restaurants , transportations to go to MoA and other great places in the area.You'll never go wrong staying in this property.

I requested that they clean my room for 4 days and when I checked out 4 days early the room had not been cleaned. I went to the front desk and requested that they clean my room and I was told that housekeeping did not start until 3:30 PM. The toilet back-up two days. There is no restaurant and the menu that they have for room service is for a restaurant that takes about one hour and forty-five minutes to two hours to receive the food and it is cold when you get it. The hotel is new but it is in a terrible neighborhood a Philipina friend of mine came by and said that it is in a squatter neighborhood, and they insisted that I move out immediately.

Roaches and unsafe location, but beds were clean enough for last minute needs.

When I got to the room, I immediately wanted to leave because the room didn't have any window, and i feel suffocated. It was so uncomfortable and there's no way that i would stay in there for 6 days because that's the length of my stay but I only stayed for a few minutes. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund, and they said they could not give me a refund, and im like, WHAT?! So i left and luckily i found another accommodation. I reached out to Expedia because that's where i booked my stay thru them, and they tried reaching out to the property owner but had no luck. If you're thinking of staying here, better NOT because it's horrible, trust me!
