Rooms were bigger than expected! It was clean and spacious and I had a comfortable stay. Would recommend it to travels that want to stay near Burnham Park. Session Road and SM Baguio is at a walkable distance from here too

The room looked exactly like the one on the picture. The staff are good. Spacious. Really near Burnham park and Good Taste. They also have elevator. They also gave us souvenir.

I felt unsafe during our 1 night stay as there is no safety lock on the door. The room has a fake window. Ventilation is poor. The bathroom shows some black spots which maybe toxic moulds. The hotel is very outdated for a modern city like Baguio. I didn't get good value for my money due to uncleanness of the room. The hotel is located in close proximity to the jeepney stand.

There was unending road construction and noise. The lobby is 3 floors up from street level. It's a struggle when you have a lot of travel luggage. The dirt and dust may go away when the road projects are over but right now, it's a bother. The noise from the other businesses, well.

The location is fantastic. You need to go up to the third floor for the hotel lobby. Fortunately they have an elevator. It’s congested as your right in the heartbeat of the city. The main attractions, parks and shopping is literally across the street. It’s a little hazardous attempting to cross the road as there are no real sidewalks

They only give us 2 Towels, which are dirty white and very thin. We requested another towels but you have to pay.

Staff was friendly and accommodating but the room was terrible. No mat in the bathroom it’s dangerous for seniors. Only 2 towels which are old and worn out. No coffee maker, hair dryer, even glass for water. The closets smells and the ceiling got all cracked. Location is okay but I would rather stay in some places further but with better accommodation.😭
