For the price and location it is great. There are several things though , like the gym os not open and only once have i looked at the breakfast and decided to purchase. Being American my tastes are different than was prepared. All in all i am happy here and have extended my time twice already.

I’ve traveled to CDO 3 times, all three times I’ve stayed at New Dawn. All three times perfect service and hospitality. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler.

It’s my 2nd time stay and it continued to decline. It’s not bad but not good enough. There’s one working elevator so it took longer time to wait.

Property was nice in an area that is older but seemed very nice two or three schools in the the saturday so a lot of traffic in the morning in the afternoon. Yeah was amazingly helpful no matter what came up in our four days there was always somebody willing to take care of it immediately

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a very unpleasant experience. There was no bellman to assist with luggage, and on my first night, I found a mouse in the room. The walls and floors, especially in the bathroom, were dirty. The water had a rust-like smell, and there was a sewer-like odor in the room, which made it very uncomfortable. I had to request air freshener to try and mask the smell. Overall, it was an uncomfortable stay, and I would not return or recommend this hotel to others.

Booking room is easy, total of 3 people in one room but only have 2 towels, no face towels. Too ordinary for an executive room. WiFi is so slow. Seems like the whole room need some cleaning update. Water pressure is bad.Good thing is the stuff are nice.

The staff were very good polite and helpful. The rooms coffee making facilities did not provide coffee or cutlery At night there was no block out , quite bright and a lot of street noise and other guest noise The wifi was terrible. In the room it almost never worked The food below average Two elevators but one was constantly closed the entire 9 days causing us to see the elevator pass up and down with to many people so we had to wait
