Staff are accommodating and helpful especially Kier and Ruperto. Room is clean and this time A/C has no water flooding and other issue. Only towels are kind of old. Over all, i give an excellent review. Thank you for giving me a pleasant stay there.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The food is pretty good. Get there early for better selection. Same day laundry service is a plus. Oh and if you need coffee outside next door is Gas n Grounds. Great service, good cup of coffee. I would stay here again.

The bath towels may have been clean, but they didn’t look like it. The breakfast options for a vegan were terrible – only juice and fruit. I should have more options than this, considering I prepaid for breakfast.

the wifi was unusable. you expect the wifi to be there as advertised. frustrating. when asked the front desk they said they had a lot of people staying and nothing they could do about it. won't be staying there again.

I stayed here a few years back when they were still finishing the building. The facilities were in all good working order. Now, not to much. We were visiting for my sister's 50th. We booked 6 rooms between us and ALL rooms had no towels in them!!! Considering we checked in around 4pm, you'd think housekeeping would have the time to prepare the towels, but no! We had a birthday party to host at 6pm so we went to freshen up/shower. Had to stand wet post showering as it took about 30 minutes to bring in the towel. After the birthday party, past midnight, couldn't get any sleep as one of the lights switch was broken so couldn't turn it off. For its price point (around 40 gbp), not worth it really. I imagine you can get better hotels to stay in. Would not stay again. The staff were attentive and friendly though.

The hotel is new built and convenient to walk around near by restaurants. Although they do not have their own parking garage and have to park in a gas station property which probably they have rented. Overall is a nice hitel. Also i was disappointed that thier iwn restaurants was closed on our checked in dates.

For the price and location it is great. There are several things though , like the gym os not open and only once have i looked at the breakfast and decided to purchase. Being American my tastes are different than was prepared. All in all i am happy here and have extended my time twice already.
