We arrived tired after our long long flight. Kali quickly checked us in and even gave us an upgrade. The room was excellent. We ordered food and it was first class. The entire experience was just what we needed. First class!

The staff was extremely accommodating and the food was delicious. We arrived a little unexpectedly. There was a communication breakdown somewhere between Expedia and the Inn. However, the staff accommodated using my receipt and things were hashed out later. I pre paid through the Expedia app. Please bring a screenshot of your booking if using third party.

Thank you for your booking at The Heritage Hotel Manila. Your reservation has been received and confirmed. We have put together some useful information with regards to your stay with us: • For guests staying for leisure and business, vaccination cards must be presented upon check-in. Non-vaccinated guests must present a negative RT PCR taken at least 48 hours prior to check-in. • For quarantine guests, you are advised to please check latest government guidelines at least 24 hours before your check-in. • Guests are required to present a valid ID and booking confirmation upon check-in. • Check-In is available from 2pm on your day of arrival; Early Check-In is subject to availability on arrival to the hotel. Please note early check-in cannot be guaranteed. • Check-Out on your day of departure is 12nn, if you wish to store any luggage past this, please liaise directly with the hotel concierge during your stay. • If you haven’t already, and you wish to add breakfast to your booking, this can be pre-booked through our reservations team or arranged upon arrival. Price is at Php880 net per adult and Php440 net per kid (ages 6-12 years old). • Children are not included in the rooms with breakfast rates. They will be charged Php440 per head upon check-in. • Should you wish to take advantage of one of our upgraded room categories, please contact our reservations team for upgrade cost information and availability. We frequently run promotions on room upgrades. • We do have parking available onsite if required, please note this is free for all in-house guests and is on a first come, first served basis only. We are unable to pre-book any parking spaces in advance. • The Heritage Hotel has a non-smoking policy. Smoking will only be allowed at designated smoking areas. Non-compliance will be fined Php10,000. We are minutes from the international and domestic airports. Close by, you'll find the Manila Bay yacht clubs, the PICC, World Trade Convention Center, and SM Mall of Asia, the world's third largest shopping mall. First and foremost, I do love Heritage Hotel Manila. I recommend it a lot with my friends and families, but this time around I just have a few mishaps that can be improved: 1. I know that the Hotel is quite old. As a solo traveller this time around for at least two nights, I wish I requested a room closer to the elevator - mine was near the end of the third floor hallway, I was so scared. Especially at night time - the halls are dimly lit. 2. While I was napping midday, the staff rang the doorbell unexpectedly, because they think that I should have been checked out that day, even though my booking was still good for one more night. Another anxiety inducing event. After that I am on guard mode the whole time, so hard to get a good night sleep. I wish they could call on the phone first before showing up unannounced. Also, I wonder if I was not in the room, would they have just charged me? With all that said, I would still come back due to airport proximity and the free shuttle to MOA. I will just make sure that I am with someone and not as a solo traveller. Overall, staff are lovely and accomodating.

The room was newly renovated and very lovely. But the best part is the breakfast buffet. Eventhough there’s no bacon on the menu, you can ask them for free and they will even ask you how you want it to be cooked (crispy or very crispy).

The Heritage Hotel was luxurious and very affordable The room was excellent, quiet, very clean and big with a great bed very comfortable The staff were the very best extremely friendly and helpful The breakfast buffet was fantastic Of all the hotels we stayed at in my many times in Manila the Heritage had them all beat hands down And it’s in a great location for getting around easily We only stayed a night before traveling to Hanoi VN for a week But my wife and I enjoyed it there so much we made reservations for another stay there when we return to Manila before we head home The Heritage Hotel is the place to stay in Manila for sure
