Thank you for your booking at The Heritage Hotel Manila. Your reservation has been received and confirmed. We have put together some useful information with regards to your stay with us: • For guests staying for leisure and business, vaccination cards must be presented upon check-in. Non-vaccinated guests must present a negative RT PCR taken at least 48 hours prior to check-in. • For quarantine guests, you are advised to please check latest government guidelines at least 24 hours before your check-in. • Guests are required to present a valid ID and booking confirmation upon check-in. • Check-In is available from 2pm on your day of arrival; Early Check-In is subject to availability on arrival to the hotel. Please note early check-in cannot be guaranteed. • Check-Out on your day of departure is 12nn, if you wish to store any luggage past this, please liaise directly with the hotel concierge during your stay. • If you haven’t already, and you wish to add breakfast to your booking, this can be pre-booked through our reservations team or arranged upon arrival. Price is at Php880 net per adult and Php440 net per kid (ages 6-12 years old). • Children are not included in the rooms with breakfast rates. They will be charged Php440 per head upon check-in. • Should you wish to take advantage of one of our upgraded room categories, please contact our reservations team for upgrade cost information and availability. We frequently run promotions on room upgrades. • We do have parking available onsite if required, please note this is free for all in-house guests and is on a first come, first served basis only. We are unable to pre-book any parking spaces in advance. • The Heritage Hotel has a non-smoking policy. Smoking will only be allowed at designated smoking areas. Non-compliance will be fined Php10,000. We are minutes from the international and domestic airports. Close by, you'll find the Manila Bay yacht clubs, the PICC, World Trade Convention Center, and SM Mall of Asia, the world's third largest shopping mall.
