Great staff. When the country's power went off, Iberostar Lisboa was able to accommodate all of our needs. The carpeting in the walkway is is very stained and should be replaced.

During our recent four-night stay in a junior suite, my wife, our 12-year-old daughter, and I found the room's configuration well-suited for couples but slightly inconvenient for families due to the absence of a door to the shower room. Housekeeping services were commendable, maintaining cleanliness throughout our stay. However, when we arrived for our scheduled spa appointment, no staff were present. Additionally, because our first-floor room faced the street, traffic noise in the late evening and early morning made sleeping challenging.

This was an extremely friendly hotel. The staff were more than happy to help with any needs we had. We always were welcomed each time we came and left the hotel. It is very comfortable, very clean and very convenient. We would definitely recommend it and stay here again.

The hotel was stunning and in a great location. Close enough to the centre but far enough away to feel peaceful. The room was clean and being given a small birthday pastry was such a nice gesture. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming and would always be happy to help. The pool and sauna were also always clean and ready to use.

Nice area, beds were not the best quality. Room was clean but very basic. It is a 5 star hotel and they’re really trying but it just doesn’t work. You don’t get served during breakfast while they have signs up that you can order eggs, coffee etc, but you have to walk up to ask someone. Breakfast quality was good overall. Spa access is only once per stay, 1 hour total. Asked for slippers, they didn’t have them so you had to walk barefoot where people also walk with shoes.

The hotel is super nice, spacious, clean and has all the amenities. Within walking distance to all the shops. The design of the shower is a bit strange with no door and shampoo/soap bottles on the other wide of wall. The breakfast dinner is excellent at the Luz restaurant. The male manager at the restaurant is not that friendly.

It was a good stay. The hotel staff was pleasant. I had several issues with the hotel room when I checked-in, but they were rectified the next day. Also, the heat in the room did not work and the hotel room was freezing every night because it was cold outside. I did not mention it to the front desk because I did not want to be labeled as a troublemaker. The hotel location was perfect and within a 1/2 hour walk to the City Center in Lisbon. We have stayed in 5-star hotels before, but this hotel does not come close. We had dinner at the restaurant several times, but the food was overpriced, and the portion was very small. We had to hail our own taxis instead of the hotel calling them for us. However, they were willing to call an Uber for us which took forever to show-up. Therefore, we had to cancel and walk outside the hotel to hail the taxis. The neighborhood was quiet and safe for walking and there were other restaurants, and grocery stores nearby within walking distance.

Was disappointed no bath and also no kettle or tea making facilities - this was resolved though as I requested a kettle from housekeeping. Channels on TV - would be good to have some English ones?
