I liked very much the lovely welcome I received with the staff and to receive a cold champagne after a very hot train journey from Porto was so appreciated! The server was so kind and smiling at us and we enjoyed this welcome very much. The room was so comfortable and clean and smelled very good. The swimming pool view room was so lovely to look at. I swam in the beautiful pool and the water was very comfortable temperature. Thanks so much!

Property was in a great location. Front end staff were professional and made check in easy complete with a glass of complimentary champagne. Pool side was relaxing, low key and private. Beds were a little older and grooved which made sleep with the split King sized bed. Luz weekend bruch was fantastic with excellent, fresh made/grown food for every palate.

Good hotel for city tour bus terminal start point. Good overall facilities breakfast excellent and evening meal nice quality and presentation. Outdoor pool should open earlier. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would recommend for long weekend visit to Lisbon.

This was one of the most disappointing so called 5 star properties that I stayed in. The room cleanliness was okay, but the hallways and other common areas were filthy. For a 5 star hotel, no water provided in the rooms or slippers for use in the bathroom. There were water fountains in the hallway, but who wants to trace outside at 1am when you have just landed after a long flight. The manager on duty did contact me and try to make amends, which is appreciated, but the state of the hotel did not make for a pleasant arrival.

We received a lovely welcome on checking in. Our rooms were well equipped with nice extras such as a hair flat-iron in addition to a dryer, nice soaps and amenities, large towels, and a huge bathtub, much appreciated!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a quiet neighborhood and walkable to great shopping and restaurants. I recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Lisbon.

The room was OK but no amenities or water bottles. They provide a glass bottle and in the hall you can fill up from a machine. I understand their reasoning but it’s not 5 star. Breakfast was also nice but variety not big. Overall nice for 4 stars but not 5 stars.

Very good hotel within 15min leisurely walk from touristy areas.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable, breakfast had a very good variety and the pool/spa facilities suited our needs. Our luggage was safely stored to meet our requirements with no bother. We enjoyed the coffee in the room; a personal preference for future consideration would be to have the option tea making facilities also. Great stay, thank you very much.

Almost everything you would want to see in Lisbon is a maximum 30 minute walk away. It's a beautiful safe area, super clean hotel, lovely suits, and great staff. There are tonnes of highly rated restaurants around the hotel (Forno D'Oro and Koppu Ramen.) It's right near Parque Eduardo VII, Marques de Pombal, and Avenida Liberdade. You can get directly to the hotel using the Metro or the bus from the airport (which I was able to do easily at 6am on a Sunday morning.) Great experience and great spot. Suite was gorgeous and clean, the gym was decent - which I used a few times during my stay.

Great staff. When the country's power went off, Iberostar Lisboa was able to accommodate all of our needs. The carpeting in the walkway is is very stained and should be replaced.

Nos gustó mucho el Hotel. El personal muy amable y las habitaciones en muy buen estado. Queríamos un lugar que fuese lo suficientemente tranquilo y a su vez cercano a la zona turística y que tuviese facilidad para estacionar el coche.

The property is in the heart of Lisbon,close to everything and that's great for me.

Diogo receptionist was really joyful and friendly, exceed all our expectations.

During our recent four-night stay in a junior suite, my wife, our 12-year-old daughter, and I found the room's configuration well-suited for couples but slightly inconvenient for families due to the absence of a door to the shower room. Housekeeping services were commendable, maintaining cleanliness throughout our stay. However, when we arrived for our scheduled spa appointment, no staff were present. Additionally, because our first-floor room faced the street, traffic noise in the late evening and early morning made sleeping challenging.​
