We stayed at the Maldron for 4 nights and it was absolutely fantastic. The service was great, the rooms fantastic and the hotel itself is situated in a great spot. Special thanks to Victoria on reception who was very very helpful.

Absolutely loved staying here. Was with 2 friends. Double bed and single bed in room. The bed was amazing and comfortable. Duvet was super cosy. Quick check in and out.

The hotel was excellent, especially the location. My only comment is that it was quite warm in the room and the AC could only be turned down so low. I requested a blanket instead of a down quilt, but they did not have anything available.

I think the self service check in is innovative, efficient and an attractive amenity to have; however when we arrived at hotel- staff did not even acknowledge us. No one said hello or asked if we needed help. Very cold, unwelcoming arrival which unfortunately did not leave the best impression.

First time staying here and as always I get nervous about how accessible it will be but I needn't have worried. The hotel is fully accessible throughout, everywhere is flat and manoeuvrable, very easy for someone in a wheelchair. Automated check in and check out was simple and straightforward to do, but staff were on hand to help if needed. Would definitely stay again.
