Very bad experience, the most horrible hostel so far. I wish I could rate minus. 1. When do check in, the staff didn't clean your bed. 2. The staff collect me deposit SGD 20 for the access card. I don't know about the receipt, the stuff didn't give me that. 3. Then I go out, left my stuff. When I came back, there is another guest sleep on my bed. Then I have to move to another dirty bed. 4. When I do check out, I ask my deposit SGD 20, but the owner insist don't want to give me back the deposit if I don't have the receipt. I told her that I didn't get it from her staff, but she don't care. She just stolen my money in purposes, I think. And it wasted about 6 hours waiting, and still didn't get my deposit back. 6. If you don't have an access card, you will very difficult to go in and go out. Since there is no receptionist there. You need to always call the hostel number and it really waste your time. 7. So hard to communicate with the owner who stolen my deposit, she didn't even can speak english at all. I lost my Singapore number balance to back and forth calling the hostel number (I think her son who manage the phone call, but he is useless) for 6 nights stay, I don't get any good experience in this hostel. Never comeback again, the owner stole my deposit, she didn't want to give me back. Horrible hostel in Singapore.
