I had most of pleasant stay in this house. Located in the heart of clarkequay, easy to go anywhere, near mrt and bus stop. The house is very clean and neat, will comeback here if I visit singapore again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was pretty clean and the price was ideal. The reason I give a 2-star evaluation is that the AC was freezing, that I had a light fever, and it cannot be adjusted at all. The mattress was in such poor quality that my back and spine felt like it was broken. I could not sleep all night and at around 4 in the morning, I was in such cold and back pain that I had to sleep on the sofa bench on the way to the toilet. I booked a 2-night stay, but I had to leave early only after 1 night since I could not bear the temperature and the mattress any longer. Please kindly find some way to adjust the AC in case requested, and please check the quality of the mattress again. Thank you.

Wonderful and well-managed hostel. Location is super great, you can find small hawkers right in front of the building. Shah Alam, 24 hours halal indian food restaurant just few steps away. Lots of bars you can enjoy at night. Reception is on the second floor. The building is nice, complimentary breakfast available in the morning, there is a drinking water dispenser you can access anytime. Bathrooms are clean. Definitely will be back here again.

The Service Hotel is superbad! Super rude receptionist. I paid for like sgd 60 and it felt like cheap guest house. The info says it includes breakfast, but its a scam! Need to elevate more about the service! 👎.

This accommodation is great. Close to MRT/bus st and many cafes, a very very clean place, comfortable bed, and friendly staff:) I didn't get to try their breakfast tho.

This hotel has a good location but the room a bit smelly and also the bathroom is dark (one of the shower lights turned off and didn't replace it immediately). But overall good!

What we received:- 10 % off of 1 room because our lockers of 3/5 rooms were broken.- Dirty and unsafe.- Lacking all amenities.- All rooms were not available when we checked in around 3 PM; As far as we came back at 11 PM, the rooms were still not available. To the owner and the manager of the hotel:. This is not the first time we have chosen to stay at your hotel. You can recheck our last booking on another platform and see what we said about your hotel. We actually loved your hotel, your room, your decors, and your place. But not for this time; We greatly sympathize because all of you and us were very difficult after the Covid-19, we can still leave a better review and hoping come back for my next trip. However, it seems this is entirely the last time. We accepted the lack of staff, the amenities, and the dirty (a filthy bathroom on the way to the pods). We took all excepted the attitude of the lady appearing today 12-Jul. She is the manager because her voice seems to be an order to the staff and customers. I don't know if she knows the check-in situation of our group, which is mentioned above? I don't know if her attitude of “prissy” is just because her staff gave us a 10 % off of 1 room? Please remind that 3/5 lockers of our room were broken! And this is the overflowing water drops: we checked out on time. We have asked for luggage storage because our flight is at 17:55. We will return to get the luggage on/before 3 PM. She just said, “NO.” We must make sure to return the bags at 2 PM, which is the latest we can let the luggage at the hotel. Disappointed- That is our current feeling. And for my personal, my loved hotel must be erased. Thank you if you can read this sentence.
