View and breakfast was good but overall hotel needs a refurbishment. Signs of age all over from lifts to the room itself. Sound proofing was surprisingly poor for a 5 star property. Good price with promo codes but otherwise, you'll get more value for money at other neighbouring properties.

Awesome stay at fairmont. Had a room at 20th floor and it fantastic. In room dinner is great. Had a short swim at the pool but abit crowd to swim comfortably. Had a good night sleep and enjoyed the stay. A pity breakfast isn’t buffet style

We had a pleasant stay. It was restful and luxurious. The bed was so fluffy and thick. It's different from other hotels I've been to. That made a difference. The ambience is peaceful and nice.

Loved the hotel, the hotel room, the dining credits and the breakfast provided. Loved the whole experience. Connecting room provided with our kids/ teenagers provided for a much needed bonding time. Loved it! Very relaxing holiday because it was not the peak period occupancy period.

My family and I used SRV for our stay with Fairmont for the ‘Staycation Package - 1 Night Stay with Breakfast for 2 and S$100 Dining Credits and Free Parking’. With the $100 Dining credits, it was definitely worth it, especially when their breakfast and in-room dining menu are halal (except for adult’s pizza and pasta as it comes from a non-halal restaurant. Thank you for clarifying with us on the halal status of the pizza we ordered and allow us to make changes to meet our halal dietary needs). Food was nice and I can say we do enjoy the meals, though buffet is definitely a better choice. Food arrived punctually as requested, and defiantly still warm. Staff were all very welcoming. One thing to note is the usage of swimming pool—we were only able to swim on 1 day as the pool was fully booked, as seen on the booking link given to us upon checking in. Went over to Willow’s spa and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating and were able to at give us 4 slots out of 6. The other 2 were on waiting list, but eventually were able to secure a place on the day itself, after some guests decided to leave the pool earlier. Extremely thankful as that was the highlight of the kid’s stay. Hotel room wise—Clean. Bed was a bit too soft, but somehow managed to find some lesser soft spots at the side of the bed. Do try to check in early, especially during the school holidays, to avoid massive crowd. Thank you Fairmont. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Check-in process was quick and simple as I've done it during the pre-arrival. Given relatively a high floor and a view of Raffles Hotel / Duo Tower. This is the Deluxe Room located at South Tower so the room looks newly renovated. Bathtub is huge but I think the shower area can be more well-lit. Quite disappointed as the hotel didn't provide Le Labo shower amenities (as mentioned on their website) and instead, they gave a brand that is relatively cheap. Soundproofing can be better as I heard people talking loudly along the corridor. Had dinner at Prego with the dining credits and breakfast at there too! Extended my check-out and was granted.

I had a pleasant stay here, was assisted by the front desk lady Katherine, she was courteous and patiently explained everything to me (breakfast timing, check-out timing, in-room dining etc), the room was spacious and clean. Even cleaner attendant aunty was friendly too:) The view from my room was excellent too, I will be back again!

Pleasant stay at Fairmont. Rooms are spacious and the balcony view of the Flyer & MBS was just awesome. Only wish they provide a bidet on the toilet bowl.

The newly renovated rooms with views just sweeten the stay... and yes, breakfast at Prego is not to be missed! The only downside is the facilities, too small a pool and gym so not many opportunities to use it. Even without the restrictions, it is still a small sized pool which doesn't fit many guests. Just go shopping.
