I had stayed for 2D1N and it was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in Singapore. I love to stay at Chinatown area because I only hang out in this area. Very convenient to take MRT, near all shopping malls I love. Love the food court in People's Park Center and love shopping at OG. This is the must-stay hotel in Chinatown area.

The hotel is particularly well located. Access to the local MRT and bus is excellent. It was a few minutes walk to three shopping centres which offered a great choice of places to shop, eat and browse. My room was well maintained, clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning was perfect particularly after a very hot day sightseeing. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly.

Stayed before because of location. Just know you are beside People’s Park center, which is an old establishment, showcasing Singapore of yesteryear. The hotel itself boasts shops but these shops sell Chinese statues and massages that a foreigner would likely find little interest in. We stayed for a week and requested the upgraded room. It’s nicer overall but construction is shoddy. The heavy glass bathroom room was sagging as the top hinge was crooked. The glass door lock was broken the latch missing. Closing it required forceful push as the bottom scrapped the floor. The vanity faucet unit was also loose and not securely installed. Again, this is an upgraded room. But overall, the family suite was spacious for Singapore standards with 2 separate a/c control units. Lots of outlets to charge devices. Kitchenware and microwave were handy. We didn’t have small children so didn’t bother requesting another room. We did enjoy the buffet at Tiffany’s. Make sure to use the 50% lunch coupon if available. In the future we will consider neighboring hotels like Royal Park Collection, Robertson CQ, Paradox and Mercure. They are all a coupe of blocks of each other and all seem newer. Thanks for reading.

The hotel location is amazing, right in the heart of it all. The first room they put us in was not great damp smell, really poor view. However after asking for a change of room Aiden put us in room 1908 what a change, clean comfortable, and great view definitely made our stay. The lift areas are a little dated and could do with a refresh, breakfast at Tiffany’s was good, and hit the spot every morning especially the omelette station. Easy access for grab and taxis to pick you up. Would definitely stay again thanks to Aiden, and as a location don’t think you could beat it.

The location is great. I'll give them that. But honestly? That's about the only thing that went right. They've switched to cleaning rooms every 3 days, which is fine, but if you're going to do that, at least do it properly. Dirty towels just sitting there, food left outside room doors overnight, the whole corridor smelling like last night's takeaway. And when the cleaners did finally show up, it was around 6pm, right when you're trying to wind down and get dinner sorted. Not ideal. Breakfast was a bit of a mess too. The menu wasn't great to begin with, but the real issue was constantly waiting around for clean plates and mugs because there just weren't enough of them. Not exactly a relaxing start to the day. But the worst part, During a bit of rough weather, our room started leaking. Actually leaking. Water coming in through the window seal. That's not a minor inconvenience that's a maintenance issue that should never happen to a paying guest. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. The location is nice but it's not worth it.

No stress, smooth check in. The frontdesk staff NINA was kind, and professional when helping us in out check in process. The hotel was situated perfectly in the middle of lots of coffee shops, stores, shopping mall and eateries. I love this hotel.

The hotel is very well located. The pool is great and very welcome. The breakfast is outstanding and excellent value for money. The staff are helpful. The hotel is a little dated and tired in places but well maintained and looked after.

Room a bit small, but very convenient to Chinatown MRT station and shope, restaurants and a supermarket close by. Staff were very friendly and helpful. No towels in the room when we arrived, but they brought them very quickly. No information about breakfast etc at hotel. Written info would have been good. We ate at shopping centre close by. The pool looked lovely.
