I book this hotel before I read the review so I was kind of regret it at first and I put my expectation really low because all those negative reviews. But surprisingly I had really great experience. Check in was smooth and fast (I arrived at the hotel around 2pm) the room was nice and clean. Not different with the pictures with gorgeous view even we can see the National Day Parade rehearsal from our room.

Very nice experience with bathtub and nice view! Free Parking too! A lot of nice food around and direct bus to Orchard!

Location was great, room was simple but cozy, view was great too. Overall a great experience, the only drawback was there was no lift to the basement carpark, carry luggage case down a flight of stairs was a challenge. Haha

Booked a Executive Suite for my stay after being recommended by others. Was greeted by Imanh from front desk whom ensured I got a room of my liking given their availability. Although initial experience wasn't really pleasant given the dusty table and poor condition work chair, duty managers Jack & Lim were very accomdating and quick to remedy the issues, getting required replacements and recovery on the issues. Housekeeping were quick to response too. Overall all the staff in the hotel was very friendly and hospitable. As I can recall: 1. Salim from swimming pool helping me with my broken mask. 2. Ivy from lounge whom were spontaneously keeping our glass filled. 3. Staff from tiffany restaurants whom were friendly and keeper our belly and smiles full. 4. Duty manager Lim is also very caring sawing my scratched hand, without a word he went to get a plaster for me for the wound. That's a super thumbs up. For the service I recieved for the stay despite the hiccups it was definitely worked to an extra mile and I appreciate all the teams for their contribution to make me and my partner's stay a comfortable one. Experience it yourself 👍.

A hotel that needs some refurbishing as the furniture seemed quite worn out. But the great service from the front desk did compensate for what is lacking in the hotel. The gentleman at the front desk gave us a room upgrade with a gorgeous view, which I'm totally appreciative of! It was overall an enjoyable and comfy stay at the hotel, and will definitely come back for a staycation again!
