- Family vacation
The place is so strategic, near with clarke quay mrt and also bus stop, you just walk to get to merlion park. The place was so cozy and clean, recommended place for you to come and visit in Singapore. Will come back again here.
- Business travel
Nice hotels. near business area. fair price but the room is too small.
- Business travel
Room is not spacious, but it is expected. I wish they did not separate the closet from the shower box as it made the room narrower than it was. Don't expect anything from breakfast, it does not make me eager to eat. However, solid stay. Nothing much to complain about.
- Backpacking
Great place to stay. Tiny room but very comfy especially the bed. Perfect location, quite near to Clarke quay MRT station and bus stop.
- Business travel
This hotel is very artsy and very clean. Nice decoration and comfortable atmosphere. the location is very near to clarke quay and China town.
- Shopping & Culinary
Service was great and central location to Clarke quay.
- Backpacking
The room is too small, bathroom, and toilet.
- Business travel
Small but very cozy hotel with some artsy feel to it, if you like that kind of hotel. The hotel is rather narrow, being positioned between other buildings but it is very clean and well-maintained. Rooms are convenient enough for resting, but if you are someone who need to use notebook a lot, in the single room there was no table big enough for operating laptops conveniently, so you might want to think about that. Overall I had a very nice time over there. Very recommended for very short trips with location being in walking distance to the night club center of Singapore, Clarke Quay. I didn't get to try the food however, I can't comment on that.
The location and the room is good and nice but some how the staff is not so friendly Well hope they will improve to more care with customers

Nice hotel but small rooms
Stayed for one night in the biggest room so room size was ok, very clean. Shower and toilet separate compartments so you have to dress in the bedroom - no bathroom space. Check in was fine, and hotel is well located for Clark quay, etc. although being on the 5th floor it was quite noisey. Breakfast was fine and included at the very nearby clover Hong Kong street. We were a couple and although the hotel was very clean and well located its maybe too small for more than a couple of nights.

Bad Rooms Worse Management
I understand early check is not my right but making 4 people wait in your super cramped up room while you pretend that the rooms are all full is not cool at all. At 12 pm we were told that no room is available and standard check in time is 3 pm. While we waited in a room, my brother sat around the reception and for 3 hours he didn't see any other guest come to or leave the hotel. And at 3 pm they magically had a room available. The rooms are super small and super pricey. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. There are far better rooms at better price available at a stone throw distance from this "art of ripoff" hotel.

Cramped space
For $180 per night I didn't expect a long narrow room where one side of the double bed was accessed by climbing across to the other side.Room really was quite pokey and not somewhere I wanted to linger. Cleanliness of the room and shower was very good. Decoration was interesting with walls having stylised motifs. Front of house staff less than helpful, especially when we were checking out and wanting to travel to the airport. The man on the desk was reluctant to call a taxi, or even suggest the names of any shuttle services that might be available. Instead I was left to drag our suitcases out to the side of a busy road and attempt to hail a taxi. Fortunately one came after three or four attempts by me. This level of "service" is just not acceptable by front desk staff. I for one would never stay in this place again. On the plus side, Clarke Quay and a railway station are only a block away. Plenty of eating choices available within walking distance.

Poky room
Very small room with not much good Feng shui going on here! Not cheap at approximately $130 pn. I chose it because of its good position which it certainly has, not far from the river and a great promenade and busy eating places. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location .....can't swing a cat!
Hotel Clover The Arts is located in a great location, closest train station Clarke Quay but unfortunately the rooms are tiny! One of my pet hates is when a queen bed is up against a wall . The configuration of the shower and toilet was weird too. The shower and toilet are divided by a glass panel. The shower is a good size by the toilet is very small. We had two large suitcases plus cabin luggage which made the room feel claustrophobic. The staff were friendly enough. $128Singapore dollars.
