It was really a nice place to stay, near to Orchard Road, they have a free bike rental, spacious room with clean bathroom (Please consider to install jet sprayer/washer for the toilet), very friendly staffs (the receptionists and especially the bell boy named Ralph 👍🏻). However, I think the hotel needs more staffs in concierge dept. Since the hotel was already fully booked and need more staffs to care for the guests' luggages. I called for the bell boy on my check out day but no body turned up after waiting for almost 15mins. So, luckily I still could manage to brought down 2 luggages + 1 box. So my point of view, this is the only area of improvement need to be done/considered by the management. Overall, I would definitely and highly recommend the hotel to my family, friends and colleagues. I just wish that I could stay longer to enjoy the free bike rental (next time ya 😉). Thank you!

The room was nice, comfy bed and clean spacious bathroom. I requested high floor but only get the 5th floor and there 's a connecting door inside, somehow disturbing sound from neighbour room. Beside, everything was okay and pleasant. The hotel near to Orchard Boulevard MRT station, just opposite.

Room is OK. Location very strategic, just across MRT station. Check out very fast. On the other hand, check in process pretty slow; Need to handle our 2 big luggages by ourselves, no help from the hotel:) No greetings from the concierge or anyone in the front office during my stays there.:).

Service, cleanliness, and location was great! However, bed and pillows were too soft. Both my husband and I had back aches. AC was cold and room was dark. Other than the bed and pillows I think Jen was pretty good. Bedside table drawers could nit be closed fully.
