Excellent stay. Loft room was fabulous & bed was so comfortable. Housekeeping great. Concierge was very helpful. Pool a great addition in the Singapore weather - could just do with checking towels more often as had to ask 2 days for one (down to reception) as all been used. Would highly recommend & will stay again on my way from the UK to Sydney.

Very small rooms, but the biggest issue was the bathroom/toilet area - or lack of. The sink was just in the area with the bed, and the toilet was right next to the bed with frosted glass they you could almost see through. But the worst was the door to the toilet stopped 30cm before the ceiling, so any sounds and smells drifted into the whole room. Very unpleasant at times.

This hotel was great. There was great staff who were always smiling and helping a great lounge area and the rooms were nice and comfortable. The rooms are a bit smaller than expected but that is perfectly fine because we didn’t spend a lot of our time in the room. Room service was very fast and clean with our rooms and if we walked by them when they were cleaning another room they would always smile and greet us. This hotel has a perfect location right next to a bunch of shops like the Bugis junction and Bugis street. It was a great stay for my boyfriend and I.

About as affordable as you can get for this type of accommodation in this location. Sufficient for short stay, very small rooms. Ours was mezzanine style. Probably fairly close to getting a refit. But ticked the boxes for us. The breakfast situation is too adversarial. It's like they think you are going to do a runner and not pay for food so they chase after you and get you to sign the moment you sit down. No, I am not going to try to steal food from you and I am not going to try to sneak out without paying! Maybe they have had problems with other guests not paying?

Very nice and clean and modern. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The bus is right outside and the MRT station is just a few blocks away. My only complaint is the size of the room. It's tiny and there are no shelves or drawers - too small for 2 people. We had to live out of our suitcases for a week. We had to leave our bags open on the floor on either side of the bed, forcing us to step over them when we got in and out of bed.

When I was checked in a front desk guy wasn’t welcoming us that I felt. Because another person brought him from back side of reception and seems like he doesn’t want to work at the moment. He never even said “ hello “ “ welcome “ “how are you “ or anything. And next day I asked convince store direction he gave us wrong information we were walking long time couldn’t find it and finally we found it in the mall which was right front of the hotel. But all another employee was nice including housekeepers.

I booked this room for my son and me but the room was quite small to accommodate 2 large and 2 carry-on luggage. Besides, the shower room and toilet were separate, which was good as the facilities can be used by different people at the same time; BUT, the shower space was not decided to allow you to take off/ get dressed without opening to a public area in the room. It was so inconvenient even staying with family. The shower space was facing a mirror (an area with washing basin), therefore even you opened up a narrow space to grab towel or clothes from behind the shower room door (no hooks/hangers inside the shower room, even there was, you wouldn’t use it as the clothes would get wet at the same time you showered), people sitting on the bed can see you naked from the mirror. That’s a terrible design.

A great hotel apart from the lack of a proper bathroom. The wash basin is out in the main room. There is a capsule for a toilet and for a shower. There is no shelving, etc in the shower to store your clothes. So you have to get changed in the main room.
