One of the best hotel in SG. Staff are so kind. They celebrate my birthday with a cake. Room are so clean and big. The bathroom also clean and with good amenities too. As a member of Accor, I really appreciate the service. For my vacation or business trip, I will choose one of Accor's hotels. Thank you

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. all the staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to ensure I was being looked after. The Premium Lounge Happy Hour was really good and the breakfast selection was incredible. I'm looking forward to going back again.

View from my room is nice (I forgot to take photo), just have basic photo. Everything is new, they have 7-11 next to the hotel. Staff is super cute ~I will book this hotel again!

I'm not trying to rasist but I will tell you. When I arrived I got assisted by an indian front office, not so friendly, he said room is fully booked, no more left, but let the guest next after me (an india one) stayed in and he is so friendly. The staff move me to the next hotel (mercure) he said it will be ugrade but what I've got is even worst. Small tiny room. What a bad service!
