Recommended hotel in Stevens 👍🏻 all staff nice and the room clean. Nearest MRT on Stevens is 850m from the hotel.

I have to say that I am very disappointed staying at this hotel. I queue for more than one hour to get myself checked in. The service was very bad. There were more than 5 people in the receptionist but they seem so messed up and it looked like it's new hotel, but it's not! And it was later than 3 pm but receptionist told me the room's not ready. However it was a pleasant staying in the room, very comfortable. Breakfast was messed up because Novotel and Mercure has the same place for breakfast. It was very crowded and messed up. Location is quite ok.

During our 4-night stay at the Novotel, We found the hotel 's location to be very convenient for getting around. The stylish design of the hotel was also impressive. However, there were some maintenance issues inside the room that needed attention before we checked in. The side bed table was falling apart, the mini-fridge was barely cold, the face towel was yellow, and the breakfast menu could be improved. Overall, we liked the hotel because the staff was very helpful and friendly. Thank you.
