Friendly staff, candid conversations, services were prompt. Satisfying massage, beautiful facilities, chilly pool suited for scalding sun beds. Bed was soft, room was lovely, everything was functioning well.

Second time back here, still my favourite staycation hotel. The bed is very comfortable and the breakfast and evening canapés was good. The pool was quiet and easy to book. Bathroom was well stocked with various amenities and the water pressure was strong. TV was able to connect to my Samsung phone for Netflix and Spotify. It already has YouTube and Spotify on it. Like that the room was well lit. Had a good 3D2N here, recommend to anyone who is looking for a staycay.

Oasia Downtown takes it very seriously when it comes to Safe Management Measures. When I reached the Hotel Lobby, I did my safeentry and the staff stationed there asked for my name to confirm my pre-check in. The male staff (forgotten his name) then escorted me to lift without needing me to touch any buttons. Well done on that part. At the Club Floor for my check in, was handled by Shawn, he invited me to take a seat at one of the comfy chairs with the view of the infinity pool while he prepares the paper work. He then came back to the table and explained to me my room and its entitlements. Shawn even briefed me on the SMMs and explained to me on how to contact the Club Floor Reception if I needed anything. Check in was done within 5 minutes. The room is good and clean, Oasia Downtown did give me my request for large bed and high floors, although I didn't manage to get my Chinatown view request. Was very impressed that they provide some complimentary beverages in the mini fridge which most of the hotels don't provide it for free. Headed to swim in the infinity pool exclusively for Club Room guests. Apart from occasional falling leaves and some plant debris fallen from the surrounding trees in the pool, it was okay. The water power at the open shower area (for before and after pool usage) could be improved even though there is a separate toilet next to it. Club lounge access was great. Didn't had to make advance reservations and was able to walk in any time between their operating hours. Very satisfied with their happy hour as the waiter came to me and asked if I want my alcoholic beverage refilled. The breakfast was good! Had 3 different set meals throughout my one hour dining and I didn't felt hungry even until my dinner time! Many thanks to Isnawati (apologies if I spelt her name wrong) and her team of waiters at the Club Lounge for making my lounge stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you Oasia Downtown, I felt more refreshed and recharged after the 2D1N stay. Will be back again soon!

The room was clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast and happy hour was great with a nice variety of food. All day refreshments was good too with delicious mocha! The bathtub was big with good drainage too. They are environmental friendly thus plastic bottles of water are not provided. They do provide glass bottles to contain water instead. Overall one of the best staycays

Stayed 3 nights in June 2025 as a couple. Location of hotel is good for accessing Marina Bay Sands/Gardens by the Bay and is walking distance to some nice hawker markets. Hotel was in nice but is more dated than the photos made it out to be.

Oasia is definitely a great location to stay if you want to be around Tanjong Pagar, Telok Ayer and Maxwell. This area has lots of dining options and you will never go hungry. Tanjong Pagar MRT is a stone throw away and a convenient store is right beside this hotel.
Upon entering the hotel, you'd need to take the elevator up to their reception. The reception area has no air conditioning and created with the intention of an oasis feel. As someone who's traveled from London, I felt the fluctuations from entering into air conditioning and then into fresh air and back into air conditioning quite overwhelming but for someone who is weather acquainted, it would matter as much. Check in was swift which I appreciate very much and got settled into my room quickly.
I got their standard room and requested for their queen bed. The only fallback I had was that it was 2 singles joined together making it not very comfortable for someone like me who enjoys sleeping in the middle. The room itself is small and is ideal for one person as I can't picture cramming another luggage in for a long stay. The room is a tad small but for a short stay or a single person, it would work well. They have a massive mirror which is amazing and the room facilities suffice well too.
As for the location it is strategic for dining places and if you want to jump onto the MRT. There are shops around as well and easily accessible to go anywhere.
I did a 4D3N stay on my own and was happy for it on my own here.

We stayed on the club floor. So worth the money. The entire hotel staff were so awesome. Always there to help, if you needed. The room and bed were very comfortable. I personally liked the hotel was so close to most that you want to see. Waterfront and Chinatown out the door. Would stay again!

Stayed here for 3 nights and liked the experience. Read a review that Club level was worth the extra and would agree - great infinity pool, drinks and breakfast. Free laundry service is a winner but only applies if you go direct to the hotel, not through other site. Recommend.

I had a bad experience at Oasia. When I checked out, I asked the staff to help me book a taxi to my next hotel. After waiting about 20 minutes, a driver showed up. The distance from Oasia to the new hotel was only 2.7 km, but the driver charged me 70 SGD. I no longer trust the concierge service—it felt like a scam

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day. Definitely glad I took the advice of others and paid the extra for the club room - totally worth it.
The pools are amazing and all the extras like happy hour, massages, refreshments all make for the most relaxing stopover in the middle of a beautiful, hot, busy city.
Can’t wait to return.

Awesome location, close to MRT station, bus stops, shopping, and restaurants. Hotel was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.

We were taken by the look of the hotel and weren't disappointed.
Room was a good size and very comfortable. Plug sockets and light switches were somewhat haphazard, though, crooked and sometimes came away from the wall (and I witnessed a cleaner having the same problem in another room).
Staff all friendly and helpful.
Rooftop pool was a little disappointing - there is another pool only accessible to "club" members (at a cost) which I would expect to be nicer. No bar, only a restaurant at the "normal" pool.
Location is a short walk from the excellent Maxwell centre, and still close to the equally excellent La Pau Sat Hawker centre (both highly recommended) and just a few steps away from the nearest MRT station with easy access to just about anywhere (and an easy, direct line to the airport).
We didn't have breakfast - but I can highly recommend the Kaya toast from Coffee man across the street.

Stayed 3 nights in June 2025 as a couple. Location of hotel is good for accessing Marina Bay Sands/Gardens by the Bay and is walking distance to some nice hawker markets. Hotel was in nice but is more dated than the photos made it out to be.

Stayed on the Club level and well worth it. The 21st floor design is tranquil. Pool, chill out areas and take your breakfast there.

Oasia is definitely a great location to stay if you want to be around Tanjong Pagar, Telok Ayer and Maxwell. This area has lots of dining options and you will never go hungry. Tanjong Pagar MRT is a stone throw away and a convenient store is right beside this hotel.
Upon entering the hotel, you'd need to take the elevator up to their reception. The reception area has no air conditioning and created with the intention of an oasis feel. As someone who's traveled from London, I felt the fluctuations from entering into air conditioning and then into fresh air and back into air conditioning quite overwhelming but for someone who is weather acquainted, it would matter as much. Check in was swift which I appreciate very much and got settled into my room quickly.
I got their standard room and requested for their queen bed. The only fallback I had was that it was 2 singles joined together making it not very comfortable for someone like me who enjoys sleeping in the middle. The room itself is small and is ideal for one person as I can't picture cramming another luggage in for a long stay. The room is a tad small but for a short stay or a single person, it would work well. They have a massive mirror which is amazing and the room facilities suffice well too.
As for the location it is strategic for dining places and if you want to jump onto the MRT. There are shops around as well and easily accessible to go anywhere.
I did a 4D3N stay on my own and was happy for it on my own here.

We stayed on the club floor. So worth the money. The entire hotel staff were so awesome. Always there to help, if you needed. The room and bed were very comfortable. I personally liked the hotel was so close to most that you want to see. Waterfront and Chinatown out the door. Would stay again!
